I have do affiliate for Reply.io for years but they did not send us the commisions payment even we sent ton of emails without reply us.

Flexible multi-channel platform + great support.

We have been using Reply professionally for almost a year now, and the platform keeps improving over time. You can clearly see that a lot of thought has gone into the overall structure, usability, and the available integrations with other tools and services, such as Zapmail and Mailtoaster.

The system is stable, flexible, and well suited for running serious outbound and email campaigns at scale. It’s easy to connect Reply into a larger workflow and automation stack.

🚨 SCAM WARNING 🚨

Reply.io advertises a “free trial” that is fundamentally misleading. In reality, you cannot properly evaluate the product unless you pay upfront. The Multichannel functionality—which is one of the main reasons anyone would consider this platform—is not available as a trial or add-on. It is bundled into the Multichannel plan, meaning the only way to “try” it is by paying.

That means there is no real Multichannel trial at all. Forcing users to pay just to see whether the product fits their business is not a trial—it’s a trap.

I paid only to evaluate the platform:
• I used ZERO credits
• I launched NO campaigns
• I obtained NO value from the service

After realizing it wasn’t suitable, I requested a refund almost immediately. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The AI chat redirected me to email support. I sent three emails over 10 days and received no response whatsoever. Only after insisting again via chat did I get an answer—an automatic, cold refusal stating that refunds are not possible. No empathy. No accountability. No attempt at a reasonable solution.

Any serious SaaS company understands what a happy customer is and knows how to act when a service has not been used and a request is made in good faith. Reply.io clearly does not.

A misleading trial, forced payment to test core features, refusal to refund an unused service, and abysmal customer support. This experience feels scam-like, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to customers.

Stay away at all costs.

I have been working with the Reply platform for 4 years now, and I have something to say. At first, it was a test of the resource in parallel with other platforms, but Reply won. I believe it is the best tool for cold emailing. It is intuitive, and all statistics are available. Excellent contact filtering across a wide range. It can be used as a contact storage base, with the entire history in one place. Additional services can be launched in parallel, such as LinkedIn profiles and calls. In fact, the resource is like a constructor with the smallest parts, and you just need to put together your own combination. And now I can recommend it both for large organizations and large-scale campaigns, as well as for small ones that are just starting out, because I already have such experience.
The cost of tariffs is adequate for such extended functionality. You can start with a minimum and increase your turnover.
