Support always works well

Support always works well - people really try to help and are understanding. I also like how the bot is implemented in Reply: it responds quite quickly. Yes, there is a downside now that you sometimes have to wait 30 minutes or more for a human operator, but it’s not a whole day (I’ve had that experience on another platform). Overall, it’s very convenient that you can reach out with any technical or strategic question.

Great Outreach Tool with Helpful Reply Predictions

The Unbeatable Outreach Tool

My two recruitment and staffing agencies rely heavily on Reply.io for core messaging and outreach sequencing, having been long-term users of the platform.

Reply.io is great as a stand alone but sucks with integration

Reply.io is great as a stand alone but shitty when its integrated with a database like Hubspot because its not a native bi-directional integration, it takes time. Their tech support is lacking and takes 12-16 hours to get any response. Totally frustrating!! I would not recommend them. Its better to look at other options. I would not recommend Reply.io as a multi channel outreach tool. Their tech support is in Ukraine and you can't get any complex problems solved. They have a team of ladies that come on there that are inundated with requests. You're left in frustration trying to resolve issues than get ahead in outreach. Its as if you're paying for them to fix their bugs rather than solve your multi channel outreach. I've given them a fair chance and have had them for 3 months.

Expensive Cold Emails Prospecting

When I started using the platform on the very first day, I quickly realized that the subscription was essentially worthless without paying significantly more. The plan only included 50 contacts/emails per month, which is completely inadequate for any serious prospecting and far from the value implied at sign-up. Any additional contacts came at an extra cost, and I can only imagine how expensive it would be to acquire even 1,000. In reality, the platform can only be used effectively if you already have your own vetted list of contacts—otherwise, you should be prepared to spend heavily.

To make matters worse, the trial was clearly advertised as free for 14 days, yet I was charged immediately. After testing the platform and realizing that cold email prospecting through it would be far too expensive, I decided to cancel and requested a refund. However, the representative, Maria, refused to issue it despite the advertised free trial.

In my experience, this service is misleading and offers no real value for anyone not prepared to spend large sums of money. I would strongly advise others to stay away from it unless they are prepared to invest substantial amounts of money.

Reply.io is the worst sales tool I’ve…

Reply.io is the worst sales tool I’ve used and I’ve tried quite a few. The sequences don’t follow the direction you set. For example, if you set out tasks 3 days apart, it seems to decide randomly when it will send emails or make calls. For some, it’ll run correctly and others will have long delays between steps.

Reply has font issues, with different campaigns using Aptos and some using Open Sans.

My bounce rate is roughly 25% with Reply.

Their support is terrible, their main goal seems to be to prove that their software is correct and the user is wrong. They’re in Ukraine, so expect a lengthy delay getting back to you.

I hate Reply with every fiber of my being.

The UI is god awful, with any change to the platform difficult. It glitches in so many ways I haven’t reported here and don’t have the energy to.

Terrible User Experience. Find something else

The worst bulk email tool I've used to date. Not user-friendly. Not intuitive. Important features (ie daily limit, embedding links in plain text) are hidden away in obscure tabs. Just a terrible user-experience in general. Customer support also takes forever to respond.

Great looks, bad functionality, worse support

We were trying out different email automation systems. While the initial test with the first sequence went well, the second test with a bigger sequence/audience did not work at all. Best idea of the support was "to contact our own mail provider" after asking twice & 4 days of wait time. Also didn't feel like I was talking to an actual human at any point.

Their AI features are lacking at best and writing content/emails in any language but English is nearly impossible using their "great AI tooling".

Stay far away from this.

There is nothing good about this…

There is nothing good about this company.
It is very hard to use it, there is no help how to create a campaign, there is no help how to add contact to that campaign, no support from the team. You can't add contact separate for each campaign and there all contact are together which makes a mess.

Instantly is amazing compare with then as there is easy to use, no mess at all and support 24/7.

Just stay away from reply as it is not worth it.

Great support

First, the intake by the chat assistant was and is usually great. Second, the human interaction I have with the support team is better than any software I currently use to do my job.

Overall, feels like Reply is attentive and responsive to customer needs.
