About Reposit
Written by the company
Reposit is the UK's best deposit alternative provider.
We provide better value for tenants, more cover for landlords and a smoother tenancy deposit process for letting agents.
We've been revolutionising rentals since 2016 and work with hundreds of letting agents to provide thousands of deposit alternatives to landlords and tenants.
As the cost of renting continues to increase in the UK, tenants are faced with cash rental deposits that are simply unaffordable. whilst landlords find themselves with charges or rent arrears that go beyond the typical 5 weeks rent.
Reposit solves both challenges for tenants and landlords alike. Tenants pay a non-refundable fee of just one week's rent* whilst landlords are covered up to 8 weeks in the even of damages or rent arrears.
Our product is insurance-backed and we're regulated by the FCA and protected by the FSCS, so landlords can be completely comfortable that their payouts are protected.
Whether you're an agent, landlord or tenant you can get in touch with us today to find out more.

Reposit left me with an unpaid bill of over £1,400 from damages made by the Tenant - Landlords, stay away from Reposit and opt for proper £ deposit.
Reposit’s comment to get in touch to resolve my complaint is disingenuous.
On their assessment they say their decision is final. So the only way forward for me is a one-year long process with the Small Claims Court.
