Easy to use, works well with regular upgrades, responsive and available customer service!

Inform them you want to cancel and they'll tell you that you have to talk to an account manager which is ridiculous. You leave them a reason for cancellatoin and your number and they never call. In the meantime they will continue charging you your subscription rate. You can contact their support team but they can't help - you have to talk to an account manager.

BE WARNED: It doesn't Reprice EBAY listings the way they advertise it does.
I was a previous subcriber years ago but stopped due to it not working with Ebay variation listings.

I reached out to them again this year to see if they have improvied it and had a phone call from sales who I described in detail that all our Ebay listings are variation listings (size,colour) and does it now work with those as previously it did not.
I was informed yes no problem so went forward with resubscribing.
After fighting with it for a few days I spoke to support who confirmed my suspicion that it DOES NOT actually work with Ebay Variation listings at all (even when each one has a EAN/UPC barcode so is classed as a catalogue product).
What you have to do is reprice on Amazon and then use the multi channel replicator to copy those prices on Amazon OVER to Ebay.
Of course this is NOT how they advertise it (no mention in on any pre-purchase customer facing information pages)
AND not a ideal situation because

A) We are wanting to pull our listings from Amazon
B) Due to the difference in costs between listing on Amazon and Ebay - the repricing values would not be the same.

As I went into great detail with Sales before purchasing I feel this product was mis-sold to me and will be cancelling our subscription and seeking a refund for the short time I had to use it (and find out it does not work how they said)

EDIT 25/07/24 : After Repricers response below I want to add further information as I don't think their sales team even understand their own product

Again they state that you can EBAY reprice - I have it confirmed by their own support staff that this is not possible you can only replicate the Amazon prices which is not repricing as you need to be able to reprice differntly on Ebay due to different costs.

Despite the listing being catalogue, I can see that the listing in question is a variation one, which Repricer cannot reprice at the moment. For that, you will have to set up a Multichannel Replicator (given the fact that every variation has a unique SKU, otherwise it won't work).

All our listings are buy it now
Our ebay pro seller account was linked to repricer.com
All listings (and variations of that listing) had their own custom label (their SKU)
All variations have either a GS1 UPC or EAN code
All listing variations are colour,size (for clothing) what "certain variations" would you not be able to reprice from that?

It's a great tool dealing with chicken game with resellers on amazon. One of the managers, Kerri has been a great help on-boarding to the service.

I have been a customer for many years. We use a few of their services. I can say that the programs and the customer support are top notch.

Work with the platform more then 6 years. Previous name "Xsellco". Great tool with excellent customer support.

Repricer.com has helped turn our Amazon store around. We no longer have to guess about fees and profitability with their calculator.

David turned this massive spaceship full of unlimited options and features to have the repricer do what ever you wanted into a much more manageable program. This repricer really is the best due to all the features it offers as well as the amount of options you have in order to compete for the buy box. If you can imagine what you want, its there.

The support team has been exceptional, patiently addressing my barrage of questions and offering valuable insights and optimisation tips for our Amazon listings. While we haven't ventured into eBay territory yet, if you're seeking a solution to boost sales without the hassle of manual work, I highly recommend giving Repricer a try.

Super helpful customer service, great platform to list your asins on to ensure you're maximizing sales.

Used the 14 day trial and was exceptionally impressed with the software. Whilst very easy to use the features were extensive (Too many for me to trial in the 14 days!). Overall, the trial was great and we will be upgrading to a paid version.

I have used this company since they started and wouldn’t have done so if they hadn’t provided a fantastic service although in fairness, I’ve hardly needed to speak to them because it works like clockwork.

I have been using Repricer.com for over 4 months and my sales on both Amazon and EBay have increased. The site is easy to navigate. Also their support team is wonderful. Fast replies and very helpful

Edit: Following a few email exchanges, the issue was resolved, leading me to update my initial 1-star rating to a 3-star rating. However, due to the experience I had, I cannot give more than 3 stars. It would be perfect if such issues never occurred. Please refrain from making such huge changes in plan pricing, and if you do, ensure it avoids the busiest time of the year.

Original feedback: Charged me £199.20 for a month after I have clearly asked to downgrade my account. I was paying £87.99 and now suddenly £199.20! Horrible experience.

I have been using Repricer.com for years, and it just gets better and better. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about selling on Amazon

We recently switched over from another repricing software and Kerri made the transition super easy! Any time we have an issue, either she, or one of the other members of the support team, like Maksym or Pavlo, are very helpful and get the issue taken care of as soon as they can.

It’s a amazing service. They take care of the customer. For this reason deserves 5 stars.

Great tool for repricing and the team are always on hand to help with any queries. Had a small issue with reporting recently and Carlos was a great help resolving the problem
