We have been with RMC for a few years…
We have been with RMC for a few years and always find them to be competitive. We have called them out on a couple of occasions without any problems and it is easy to speak to a real person when you call in, my last dealings I spoke with a very helpful, polite young man who knew how to deal with my query in a positive way.

Cheap.... for a reason
Lost of issues.
Very long delays for recovery, impossible to speak to a person when you ring us and when they auto renew , they charge you £10 to cancel the auto renew that you never approved in the first place

Great service
Been with them for a number of years. 1st time we needed them a couple of days ago. Attendance time was slow, but we were at home and not vulnerable so fully understandable. Generally though, excellent service. Pickup guy was very friendly. Well done RMC

Competitive European cover

Renewal sent at £40+ when checked on money supermarket it was just over £20
Phoned rescue my car and got it for just over £21.
Why send renewal at twice the price and waste my time in checking on websites and phoning you
