The website advertises "unlimited" reseller service, but when you migrate everything, they tell you you're limited to 50 GB per account and threaten to cancel the site. Their website literally states that the provider does not limit resource usage (disk space and traffic).
I am definitely in the process of switching providers and filing a lawsuit for false advertising.

the themes are so bad they wont even get sales let alone clients. They wont update the themes to be modern or for you to customise it how you like do not use

These people don't understand they are trying to sell products to resellers. Not clients.
Me and a buddy got together and spent a lot of time setting up their products in our joint venture website.
After finally getting things sorted / terms of service and all the requirements they want (read the whole website and thought we understood what we were getting into) we finally added funds to the account.
Adding funds resulted in an immediate suspension, with no way to contact support (other than via email) to ask for the refund. You got my email requesting immediate refund, please respond to people in the future!
I will be doing a chargeback.

I recently tested the Nano cPanel hosting on ResellersPanel with a single domain with lightweight features - meaning there wasn't anything on my cPanel which allows for 6 hosting accounts, to interfere - and here are some key findings regarding performance:
Server Specifications & Resource Allocation
The server operates on AMD EPYC processors with 16 cores, but reseller accounts may have restricted CPU allocations, which are not explicitly disclosed.
Compared to another host I am with who also provides excellent support, the resource distribution seems significantly different.
Memory Usage & Site Performance
The allocated RAM limit is 2GB (2097152kB), and logs indicate consistent memory exhaustion (failcnt values show repeated out-of-memory errors).
OOM (Out of Memory) events result in essential processes (such as lsphp - LiteSpeed PHP) being killed, which degrades performance.
Shared Hosting Load & CPU Limitations
The server shows high load averages (10.49 8.72 8.03), suggesting potential oversubscription in the shared hosting environment.
This could lead to CPU delays and slow response times.
Swap Memory & Disk Space Considerations
Swap memory is disabled, which is common in shared hosting but limits available resources when RAM runs out.
The primary disk (/dev/sda3) is 78% full, meaning that if usage spikes further, site performance could be affected.
Final Thoughts

I am still with this company and looking for a new one. I would like to pass on my experience. Support is 100% through tickets. If you purchase an additional vague service to see if it works and can't use it because their master support team can't configure it, you do not get a refund. That is their policy! Reboots with out warning in the middle of the business day is their motto! They can work all day on anything, but all reboots should take place during non working hours. There is no reason to reboot 5 times in one month! And the latest, if you get into a disagreement with a tech person, they will inject your website with ghost problems that you never had before. This is my livelihood! And they are intentionally causing problems for me because I disagreed with their response. But they are better than anyone for taking money. Money you'll never see again. They call it part of doing business.

Have used this outfit for 7 years. Their systems are outdated but generally functional. Their support is generally very prompt, but not particularly helpful. We have used at least a dozen domain registrars to handle many hundreds of domains over the last 25 years but have now dropped this one. The final straw was their refusal to show an EPP auth code for a domain where the owner's original email address was no longer in service. Every other registrar we have worked with will supply the code in the domain owner's control panel. Not these guys. Tried hiding behind ICANN requirements, then admitted it was just their own policy/systems but still had no interest in finding a resolution. Binned.
ResellersPanel has been my choice for hosting services since 2009 when a friend of mine added me to his reseller account, and 15 years later I can tell it has been a quite satisfactory experience.
I am not telling they are perfect, and sometimes i've felt some of their support agents are a bit too cold, but none of my clients nor me have been hacked or had an irreparable breakdown in a website or webapp.
And let me tell you, from day one I am in the reseller program, all of my comissions have been paid in due time, transparently.
Five stars is what they deserve; keep it up guys.

Placed an order, they tried calling me. I couldn't answer they then emailed me and were rude then cancelled my order and suggested I never place an order again. The reason was poor at best. I would not use these services. I would not suggest anyone to use these services. They also ask for photo ID for a subscription service they have no reason to ask for.
