i'm somewhat disappointed by their…

i'm somewhat disappointed by their hosting... the performance is good, but their servers don't allow sending mail from Wordpress, it is broken unless you use some special smtp plugin which I don't really need... all other hosts I've used or currently using don't have this limitation... support was unable to help in this respect, but they earned the 3 stars for their responsiveness... i might keep reselling their services, but somehow need to let my eventual customers know about this limitation upfront, to avoid later disappointment...

Worst hosting with unprofessional staff

Well no any hosting in the world have did this with us.Your behaviour is very unporfessional.You don'nt compromise with the non-technical clients.Making secure the server is the responsivilty of hosting provider.Content can be of any type.I did'nt get you.So many other hostings i have used they just remove the virsues for us and never suspended the account they just tell us and ask us for allow to remove the viruses.They never suspended the accounts as you are doing.

My experience has always been…

My experience has always been excellent. Even if someone is not sure what you are talking about in a text message, they let you screen shot or just take a picture and send it so they can see what you see and figure it out from there and I appreciate that. - Visuals help tell the story people!

They have their ups and downs

Their price is amazing without a doubt but their machines can have some issues. I had some downtime on my original machine so they offered to move me.

From there, I had issues with cron crashing due to CPU overload. But other than that, very good.

Great cPanel but bad uptime...

I've been using their service for the past 8 years. Their cPanel upgrade was really a blast and loved it. All I can say is that the up time is like 90%. Uptime used to be really good in the past but not anymore. Any downtime = losing visitors. I haven't renewed my account this year until they provide a solution. I've had more than 10 websites with them but I had to move to another web hosting that has 99% uptime.

Great Service

I have been with them for about 10 years now and their service is amazing. Less than 1 hour response time to tickets is a great feature of their hosting.

Unhappy..

Unhappy... I have copied and used this review from below cause I couldn't have worded it better! Leaving them now!

It is one of the worst hosting services available. They are based in eastern Europe and are clueless when it comes to supporting web hosting clients. It is like talking to children dealing with their support staff as they are highly incompetent.

The servers have serious security flaws and are quite easily hacked. Trust me I know ;-)

Don't subject your customers to the risks of a dodgy host like this.

The Best Hosting Solutions For Resellers

I've been with ResellersPanel for over ten years and their support system is second to none.
The longest I've ever had to wait for a reply to a ticket is 20 minutes. This is due to the excellent hosting solutions they provide that rarely cause any issues.
