This website is a phishing scam. They send you a dodgy email that says you have won something but you need to pay a small amount for postage. You then get an email from reserra.com saying welcome but doesn't have any login details. They then take a much larger amount out of your account which they say is for monthly subscription fees.
I thought I was dealing with a car accessories company when I gave my details to them. Pay close attention to emails as this is a phishing scam

I never subscribed to their website. Money started coming out of my account after a scam email I reported- It was supposed to be from the aa for a winter car kit and I notified my bank in the hour I realised the email was wrong. since then, they have tried to take money from my account.

The problem it's yours company stolen from my bank account 71 CHF!!! that's the problem!!!!!😡😡😡😡

Quite frustrating the fact that I have given them a poor review on here and still no one has responded to me emails to address the review I left.

While I still think their advertising is ambiguous, they immediately refunded the £3 that I understood was for shipping an outdated IPad to me and NOT for a membership, that I never do. Their customer service is good and they have just emailed me again and apologised for any inconvenience caused, so I accept that and trust that things will be clearer put in future so no one else will do what I did thinking the website was saying something completely different from what they say they intended.

Reserra took 71 CHF from my accound, I have no idea what this is, I never applied for any membership. This is scam.
