Deceitful!
This time? I guess you are used to things going wrong! I thought I was reserving with the hotels web site. Even their front desk said what you do is deceitful. In addition reserved rate was different from what the hotel had. Looks like I was charged your $17.99 booking fee both on the hotel bill as well as separately. If nothing else this should be refunded. Garbage experience!

Shocking & Disappointing
Zero discounts and after booking, received notice that the room would have been $50 cheaper through hotels.com. We have never experienced a 3rd party site being cheaper than going direct with the hotel but if we were to return here, we wouldn’t go direct. Luckily, we saved the other 5 couples in our party that money. We’d recommend beating the prices on other sites to avoid sharing profit and keep the customer loyal to booking direct but if it has no incentive to do so, people won’t. I know I won’t for future events.
