Loud and unprofessional desk management
Called the hotel and booked the room, a referral from a nearby restaurant. First time ever to Nashville and so excited! Arrived early, front desk was pleasant but couldn’t find our reservation. Once found and a night added, we were directed to self parking, realized an additional 45.00/ night charge for parking so, back to the desk to inquire about hotel parking as we are here for 4 days stay. At this time we were advised that self pay over night was $45/ night. Paid the parking! Wasn’t advised that the elevator was broken from the parking garage. Upon actual check in our attendant was pleasant and helpful. I was authorizing the room charge for our stay when I asked to make a suggestion on the parking g addtl charge, when the desk manager Amelia at Garden Inn on Broadway -blurted out while serving other guests checking in- That’s on our website! I responded that’s great however we called in and booked direct, maybe in the future as a courtesy to mention the addtl charge. The blurted out that I was being rude to her staff and that I should’ve checked the website! I apologized and replied I was merely trying to g to make a suggestion and that I was not being rude not trying to be. Amelia then stated loud enough for the desk area with guests to hear,” that she didnt accept my apology that I should’ve directed my apology to her staff” I looked at the my desk clerk and she rolled her eyes when I said Sorry, Did I offend you or was I rude, she quietly shook her head, no.
I asked for the managers name, she said Amelia and that I’d better spell it correctly!
My goodness, not a very friendly way to start our holiday in Nashville.
Maybe Amelia better find a new profession as her lack of customer service and nasty attitude is No Way to Manage a front desk!
I am appalled and disgusted with her lack of professionalism, when I was merely making a small suggestion for those who are not as tech savvy as others.
Very sad!

I have personal messages from the managers Eloisa Sanchez & Henrietta Nelson . neither one of them knows my identity I have applied to the Lawton Oklahoma FT. Sill location not once had a call back I emailed not a single reply back I respond to a Facebook post just to be told I wouldn’t be a great fit either way for the company and still I don’t get a single chance to speak or have any kind of say so I’m now here hoping to get some form of response from a higher up I have stayed at this location before wasn’t entirely the greatest experience staff is a little different than last time of course but last stay I had was not well due to rude staff and management

BEWARE - DO NOT STAY HERE. completely trash, completely disgusting, the “breakfast” is bread and butter on a plate with WATER. The staff is rude. No one replies to emails. We were over sold king size beds, find out they have none because on construction. We were told they had hot tubs it’s completely full of trash and not usable. The entire bathroom was rusted and dirty. They didn’t give any toilet paper. The towels were small and see through.

I tried to make reservation for a hotel…
I tried to make reservation for a hotel in Paducah, KY but instead the reservation was made for Galveston TX
I was charged $17.99 for the booking fee and $531.64 for the room which I obviously did not use
I have made numerous attempts to get my money back to no avail
They say they record all conversations and have reviewed my conversation and it verifies that I asked for a room in Galveston That is absolutely NOT TRUE
Im just a step away from taking legal action The representative that I spoke to today says that my complaint must wait until complaints before me are settled My complaint was made the first part of January so there must be a LOT of complaints if they are still trying to resolve those before Dec 4 2025
I will NEVER use this service again!!
