I booked a resort using reserving.com and the resort dint have most of the things they promised. I am not able contact reserving.com to discuss about this issue

Booked paid, got no confirmation from hotel. Cancelled within time according to their own policy no fees. And got at least £8 less back on the refund. So yes there are fees and its not as they say on their T&Cs.
Despite their reply have not heard back or refunded difference as yet.

They take your money and send you a confirmation. When you get to the hotel the hotel will make you pay again as the payment is not recognized. They are impossible to reach by phone, repeat impossible. Over and over again I was at the front desk with my laptop out trying to solve this. Reserving would send you an email back in their portal, of course truncating language they want basically blaming hotel. Whole thing was a mess and hours of frustrations on a Saturday at the hotel front desk, and paying double for the dates out of pocket. This is just another scam website, it may work out for you or it may not, but they will quickly take the money regardless and make you deal with it later. Never again.

Booked a hotel for 5 days then found we had covid on the same day, so had to cancel our trip - this was all within 4 hours.
We called the hotel direct to ask about cancellation and they said while they can't cancel it as it was booked through reserving.com, if we get in contact with the website they will be able to process a cancellation and just charge us for one night.
We tried to ring reserving.com but could not get to anyone at all, and left a number on their automated line which they never got back to us; in the end, we used the cancellation and refund negotiation feature on the website which charges a $15 fee in the hopes of getting some money back, and 2 days later we were told the negotiation was unsuccessful even though the hotel was okay with it when we rang.
We checked trust pilot first to make sure the site is not a scam and 3 stars is not bad considering we have used a lot of 1 star sites and had no problems.
I would recommend you do not use this site at all as it is basically a scam.

I read your comments and no one from your team contacted me about amending or fixing the booking.
You send me an email saying I could amend but there was no amend option.
The hotel staff told me no one from your company had emailed or called.
I dont know who to believe. I paid 137 euro through the website and 158 euro at hotel.
If the money has gone to hotel, you must request a refund.
I was trying to book a room after midnight and the calendar showed the 1st Jan date and wouldn't let me choose 31.12 so I could stay overnight. Anyway the hotel wouldn't let me check in until 2pm
I tried the emergency number and had to leave a message. No one contacted me and I kept emailing. I received a reply saying I could amend the booking but the website wouldn't allow me to do this. It just kept giving me the cancellation option for the whole amount. I contacted again and was told I would be charged 15 euro only but when I cancelled it took the whole money. In the end As it was almost 3am I paid again for a room.
This company is rubbish and a scam. Don't use this site

They show the lowest price, and after filling out all the details it says: prices are updated. Then it wants me to continue booking for a higher price than other sites. It's the 5th time this happens so it's a complete waste of time every time. I recommend people to skip this website and have good prices immediately without being lured into a trap.

This was the second time that I used Reserving.com who I got the best price with by a long way. Was a bit worried because of the big price difference and some of the reviews, but both times my experience has been great. On this occasion, I made a mistake with the booking inside the free cancel period. I called and spoke to someone very quickly, she told me to cancel and rebook with the correct details which I did - and got instant notification of the refund from PayPal. I called the hotel to check the new booking which they found no problem and gave me their internal booking number just for me piece of mind.
I think if you stick within their system and use the messaging system on their website for any queries, they seem like a reliable company who do respond quickly to issues. It's always a bit concerning when booking your holiday through these online agents but each time I use Reserving.com I feel more confident about it. Will definitely be my first option next trip.

I booked a hotel using reserving.com for the first time. After booking, the payment was immediately processed and taken out of my account. They emailed me a booking number and itinerary shortly. Now when I called the hotel and gave them my name and reservation number, they informed me there was no booking under my name or reservation number. I’ve called Reserving.com customer service multiple times and keep getting their voicemail and emailed/contacted them via app and website. I still haven’t received any communication back from either platform and the hotel still has no reservation under my name.
It’s getting closer to my booking date and I’m extremely uneasy and concerned about my booking. I will keep you updated on whether Reserving.com is able to locate my booking and resolve this issue.
UPDATE: I got a response back from their management and they were able to give me an updated reservation number. I contacted the hotel with the updated reservation number and they confirmed there was a prepaid booking under my name and for the correct dates. I’m happy with the outcome and glad that I don’t have to worry any more about my upcoming reservation. Also I saved a lot of money on my hotel reservation through their company so I’m relieved that everything is finally confirmed!

i was redirected to this awful company when making reservation - i selected correct date and when reservation went through it showed incorrect date. i have tried several times to contact them but u are unable to speak to anyone. i sent a message and requested a call back but no response. when i read the terms and conditons of cancellation, it stated that if i cancel after 6th dec there would be a charge of full amount paid but i made reservation of the 7th dec so surely this cant be legal. im seeking advice elsewhere to see if i can get refund. i would highly recommend people NOT to use this company. I also noticed many negative reviews about this company too.

First time using and won't be using again. Took my money, didn't provide the hotel with the full information to transfer the money. No live contact service, relying on am answer machine. Ended up paying the hotel and cancelling the payment to them.

Like many others. I booked 12 november. Confirmed and got a voucher. Called the hotel and they couldnt find the booking. Email reserving but no answear in a week. Decided to call them. They said they will contact the hotel and give me a hotel reservation number. Few days later i got a reservation number like they promised. Call the hotel again and no booking found. Call reserving.com and they said its confirmed by one David. Call hotel again and they said there is no david listed in the reservation department.
Very patience with this. I call reserving.com. Again and they said strange. They will check this up. So yesterday 1 december i got a new hotel reservation number. Called the hotel and nope, no booking found in that number or my name with checkin date 23 december. Im getting very tired of this. And my phone bills is now high. At least I need a compensation for my phonebills. Struggle with this in 3weeks now. All this problem wasnt worth it. I will update what happen next.
UPDATE 7th december: reserving.com solved the problem and now the hotel have finally confirmed. Their answear is that The supplier made the reservation in a another hotel with similar hotel name.

I booked a room in Hong Kong in July 2023 for this December vacation. After making a reservation at Reserving, I reconfirmed with the hotel regarding my reservation to found out that they couldn’t locate my reservation at the hotel system. Then I asked Reserving team about this, they said they only could give me the internal confirmation number 1 month prior to stay.
Then exactly 1 month before stay, I asked again for my confirmation number. They gave me a number that turned out to be someone else’s reservation, not mine. I have sent email to Reserving again several time asking the right confirmation number, but to no answer until today.
UPDATE:
The Reserving Team has finally gave me the confirmation number and has been confirmed by the establishment that the reservation exists and has been fully paid. (I got much better price here in Reserving rather than any other platform)
If you have similar experience as me, my tip is to download their mobile app and send your message through it, like I did. They replied to my message faster when I sent from the app rather than by email.

Really upset with reserving.com. Booked a hotel for the 23rd to 24th July instead of the 16th to 18th by mistake. I realized it right after booking and tried to change it, but they said no chance of rebooking or getting a refund. It's so frustrating that they don't allow any flexibility, even when you spot and report a mistake immediately. Their strict no-change, no-refund policy for honest errors is just unfair. I'm really disappointed and won't be using their service again after this.
