Yezi Li, the property manager of my London home, has been serving our family for many years. Now, we are increasingly dependent on her. First of all, she is competent. She is familiar with all the daily business we encounter and can make predictions before things happen, demonstrating her astonishing industry experience. Secondly, she always stands on a balanced position among the landlord, tenant and the company. I believe that her fairness in handling matters will be admired not only by me. Thirdly, her service attitude always makes customers feel at ease. When I talk to her, I only feel warmth. She is a great person, an excellent employee and a role model for everyone to learn from. I am proud to know her and have received her service for so many years. JLL canary wharf is very helpful and efficient. Our property manager Paige is also very helpful. Whenever there’s anything need to be fixed in our flat, it gets sorted with with a week!

My property manager is Paige and my experience has been great. She is always ready to help and quick to support and solve any problems. I’ve recently had a few issues related to heating and plumbing in the house and Paige has always been very efficient to communicate between me and the landlord and getting the issues solved. Definitely recommend!
