Their website is closed off to new purchases in a totally deceptive way. The purchase button has been removed from the checkout page by disabling their Magento backend ("One-page checkout is turned off"), and entering a direct link to the PayPal processing page also returns an error indicating that they've closed their shop. However, this is indicated nowhere on their website, which still allows you to fill your cart with items. It is a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. They are also no longer responding to emails. They should close their website or list their business as PERMANENTLY CLOSED if they are no longer accepting orders.

I purchased some Jimmy Choo shoes from this store, which have unfortunately broken. I have emailed the customer service team several times regarding this matter but have not received a response.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and overall shopping experience. I was searching for a specific item by Casablanca in a specific size and Residenza 725 was returned as one of the merchants that had it in stock. And unlike the others, they actually had it in stock, in my size, and for the sale price that was advertised! I was a little put off by having to pay for shipping but I was able to use a promo code that covered that cost and more. The item arrived within 2 to 3 days which is impressive (DHL sucks by the way) and it was packaged nicely and just as described. This is the second item I've purchased from Residenza 725 in 2 weeks because I had the same wonderful experience with my first purchase which made me feel comfortable trying them again. And I'm so glad I did. I now have a new online merchant to shop that offers items that appeal to me.
