Very quick delivery and very happy about the product. However I would suggest to improve the automated AI chat because it did not understand what I wanted to ask. Also to add a delivery timeframe in the email of delivery so to make it clear. Otherwise very happy about the experience.

The shipping out was slightly slow but…
The shipping out was slightly slow but it maybe due to the sale season . Thus it is understandable .
The jacket was folded together with the hanger thus the hanger hook portion pressed on the jacket material causing a deep line . And the jacket was very crumbled. Therefore I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars for this purchase . Overall , I am satisfied with my purchasing experience and will definitely patronize Residenza boutique again . Thank you .
