Really beautiful hotel and really helpful staff. I was surprised about the deposit but I had no issues in getting it back. But the only bad thing was the rats outside. It was very shocking and really worrying when walking around
Beware, this hotel chain scammed me!!!
I went there around 3 months ago. I did a deposit of €200 that I am supposed to get back, but never saw it back, besides any promises, nothing happened. My next step is to claim a legal lawsuit against this company.
So watch out, I would def. not trust them unless you don't care if you will get your money back.
