I bought my property through Resolute and I am happy to report that I found the entire team exceptional. Never once did I ring the office and experience anything other than great service. Paul showed me around the property back in January and was pleasant, polite and efficient in negotiating the sale to offer accepted within one working day. Craig in Resolute Mortgages was equally as efficient and secured me a competitive mortgage deal without any undue hassle or aggravation. Through no fault of Resolute getting to exchange of contracts was fraught with stress but it eventually happened with a lot of work from Luke who was in an unenviable position of having to negotiated with a somewhat bothersome conveyancer in the chain. In normal times this service would be exceptional, however, such service levels during the COVID crisis are commendable. I have no hesitation in recommending either Resolute Property or Resolute Mortgages.

Overall I felt resolute to be extremely helpful when contacted. I would say that I didn’t have as much communication as I have had on other transactions but this is purely because I didn't need to! But ultimately I could get through to someone when needed and the bottle of wine on completion was a lovely and unexpected treat.

Nothing negative at all, communication was great, and when I needed something obtained from the vendor it was done very quickly and viewings arranged with ease.

Fantastic service from the team at Resolute. We used them to sell my Mother-in-Laws house which sold quickly and for the value we wanted. They were very competitive and the service as second to none. I highly recommend using this company if you're thinking of buying or selling or looking for a mortgage.

Absolutely terrible company. They just want to sell you financial products and services to take your money. When circumstances change they then refuse to answer the phone and tell you to message them via WhatsApp and then issue the wrong advice, after having to be chased, as they cannot be bothered to look into your query. Avoid at all cost.

We managed to move within 'lockdown' as our circumstances allowed it as per the government guidance. Over the past four months since our initial viewing Adie, Paul, Luke and the rest of the team have been extremely supportive and helped to ensure that the sale and purchase went through. Would recommend most definitely!!

Second time dealing with Resolute and again they've been great. Had some excellent advice with regards to a remortgage, which coincided with the COVID-19 lockdown. Everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently and the new arrangement has been secured with more favourable terms than my old mortgage deal.
