I always turn to Resolver when I have had an issue with lack of customer service from providers and I have always succeeded in getting a satisfied result. From utilities to online shopping, once I lodge my complaint it is not long before it is resolved to my satisfaction

I have used them twice when I could get no contact/ complaint details and they got both matters resolved within days… thoroughly recommended

No way to contact Resolver when things go wrong. I submitted my details to a firm of lawyers recommended in an email from Resolver that were bringing cases against a well known wealth management/pension company. After hearing nothing, I raised a complaint with the law firm who say there have been delays and closed my complaint. They have repeatedly failed to meet the timescales promised and never offered any explanation. No way to reach out to Resolver to tell them to stop recommending this firm.

This website does nothing. Complained about a company refusing me the rights to return (under consumer law) and got nowhere. It's another way for consumers to get fobbed off, or even ignored.

I purchased a reconditioned phone for £350, it was faulty to the point that it wasn’t usable at all. The seller tried to say I’d damaged it and was liable to pay for repairs. Thanks to Resolver I ended up returning it for a full refund, a result that I would not have got with the issue without using Resolver.

A waste of time and effort, don’t bother They side with the big companies.
Probably being paid a hefty commission by the big companies.
I have no misunderstanding of what the resolver doesn’t do, it’s a complete waste of time. Just because you are free, doesn’t mean you have to be crap!

always helpful, im bemused as to why it dosnt get all 5 star reviews.
its an excellent tool to get an outcome from companies or escalate them to there governing bodies. you certainly get a faster, better outcome using resolver than having trouble resolving with the company on your own. ive never had any issues with them. They always help.

This is not a review just about another company it is a review about Resolver recommending an untrustworthy company. And on top of that I cannot start a case against that other company(Barings law) through Resolver because, they're not on Resolver. Lovely!
I made the mistake of signing up for Resolver's newsletters and I got an email from Resolver telling me about a claim for data misuse by Google and Microsoft.
Why I even wasted time looking at it is a mystery.
Anyway had a look at it and filled in the form. Within minutes I was bombarded with 6 emails from Barings law. And I realised that if I didn't "cooperate" and probably filled in more forms and answered more questions I would be charged a fee. This I did not see anywhere before I filled in the form.
But I also saw that there was a 14 days cooling off period, so, I thought Ok, no problem.
I tried the web chat (20 hours ago, still no reply) I emailed them 3 times attaching the request to cancel form found on their website, No reply to these emails. I called them this morning at 11.44, talked to some guy who said my claim had not been cancelled but that he would do it straight away and send me a confirmation email. I am still waiting.
Then I got an email updating me on my claim at 2.43pm . I tried to call, the phone number is unavailable! tried the web chat . That does not work either. why on earth does Resolver get involved with these cowboys?

I purchased two wowcher mystery holidays last Friday for £99 each which ended up over £500 once you add minor extras. This was pressure selling my their agents who keep you on hold until you agree to what is being offered and reply to an email again keeping you on hold otherwise you may lose the holiday. Realised I had been “done” and cancelled the following day. Try to get my money back but they are refusing stating I had agreed to the agents terms and conditions which I have never seen!

I have been exchanging messages with Evri for months. I am getting standard replies that are not relevant to my complaint. It just goes on and on. I have no way of getting in contact with Resolver or Evri to try to get this back on track. Complete waste of time

Absolutely shocking been scammed on Vinted for a Mulberry Handbag which I sold Vinted were horrendous so I was advised to use Resolver just as bad they do not do anything other than back Vinted.

I'm in two minds at the moment. Resolver in in cahoots with Bingham solicitors for a no win no fee claim for data breaches with Google, Microsoft, etc. I filled in a basic form to see if I could claim, only to discover that I'm in a binding contract with the solicitors already without being made aware of the possible financial consequences of losing the case. Not the service I expected from Resolver. They've gone right down in my estimation.

Used on a few occasions. Funny how some companies won't contact you back but as soon as you go through Resolver they reply straight away. Usually resolve issues within 24 hours.

I had difficulty with withdrawing my money from MegaCasino, which took 4 days to resolve. If it wasn't for Resolver, I would have been well and truly stuck. It's a free service, and they helped me get my money back from MegaCasino.
