It’s a great professional organization doing meaningful and sensible research work on several important topics. Their screeners are smart and not annoying as they respect the time of the participants at the same time doing justice to their clients.

The only problem is sometimes their payments get delayed beyond the promised date. They should improve in this area.

Did 2 researches back in February, still waiting to be paid. Would not recommend

I'm tossed on this one.
I love the content generally, the inclusivity is wonderful and the payments are fair and generally paid out within a reasonable timeframe but.....
I absolutely can't stand the fact that there is no notification when a participant is accepted for a project. I've missed so many because notifications are almost never given, and when they are, it's sporadic and not very informative...
I feel like there should be a more in-depth profile questionnaire, even if just optional, so participants can be screened more thoroughly for the active projects
Finally, It's quite disheartening and irritating when I get closed out of a screener on the first question because of something that should be listed initially, like preference for testers specific to location, gender etc. , especially when only allowed 5 screeners per timeframe, I think 24 hours? .They should not count towards the limit when issues like that arise .
So like I said, this one's a tie for now but the payments are FOR REAL and it's super easy to join!!!

It was easy and great to understand

I’ve had a good experience using Respondent overall. The platform is easy to use, communication is usually clear, and payments for completed studies have been reliable in my experience. I also like the variety of technology and professional research opportunities available. One area that could improve is handling cancellations or status updates more transparently when a participant has already completed a study.

The payments are fast and there is always good studied

I’ve had a great experience with Respondent so far. The projects here are genuinely interesting and professional. I recently participated in my first study and the entire process was seamless—from the initial application to being contacted by the researcher.
The communication from the partners was clear, and most importantly, the payment process was smooth and trustworthy. It is worth noting that there is a small fulfillment fee deducted from the incentive, but the platform is very transparent about this, and the high pay rates for these studies still make it well worth your time. It’s refreshing to find a platform that respects your time and pays as promised. I highly recommend Respondent to anyone looking to contribute to research in a meaningful way!

The questions were very thoughtful and I did the best I could giving answers. It’s nice to be part of a Survey providing opinions or feedback. It was a very pleasant experience just as it was working with PNC.

I completed my study and was paid in a timely manner. If I had a questions to the respondent team I would email them and get a respond in a day or so. Once I selected my payment, I received an email very quickly with my gift card. The website is simple and easy to navigate.

It made me realize how much time I spend shopping. The company is asking relevant questions they were not off topic.

Have always been reliable with payout, notifications always come through when you’ve been invited to a project and reminder emails are always sent. Pay is good and I’m often called in

The researchers always show up on time and the experience is fun. It’s easy to reach someone if you need to. I’d recommend. Payment is fast and easy to select the format you want it in. You have to apply to lots to qualify for few but it’s worth it in the end.

I really like the layout of the website especially after the update, the surveys are easy to take and there’s no glitching while moving from one page of the survey to the next. I like that it now shows all the gift cards value paid to me. The reason for giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I have applied for studies and have been approved immediately and when I go take the study it says it’s full, there were seconds between being invited and me actually starting the study and yet it still was unavailable. Another issue I have is that we only get 5 screeners in 24hours which I’m ok with but sometimes the description of the study is very vague so I don’t know what it’s about or if it applies to me so I go apply and then realize I won’t be selected and wasted a screener, or it says you’re approved and then all spaces are filled so I wasted a screener. I think there needs to be a better understanding of the software behind it.
