Pleasantly surprised by the prompt and seamless service offered between request to the Trust Health Records department and their external partner and actioned date! :-)
You have recently changed the process in the way sending boxes back to restore is processed which we were not informed of. This caused the collection driver to leave on two separate occasions with no boxes as we were unaware we had to print labels ourselves now and the driver did not supply these as previously. This was not communicated to us.

Never had an issue. Delivery has always been prompt, almost always next working day and when it's the following working day it's always because I sent in a request fairly late.

It's not great. We have to ask for additional details each month so we can check we've not been overcharged which quite often we have.
We've looked into moving to another provider but the fees they charge for the files to be removed are huge.
Some of the staff are very helpful tho when we've requested further info

Delivery of patient notes was the next day which was fantastic. Gentleman that came was very friendly, polite and cheerful. The system is great - very smooth-running. Great communication all the way through. Thank you.

Prompt response but disappointed that pallet pick up was unavailable as this meant multiple transport shipments both within Orthoplastics and between ourselves and Restore which is not eco sustainable.
