Good website with lots of lovely, tempting things. The number of images for each item is really helpful in assessing its condition. Easy to order, easy to pay. Delivery arranged and goods delivered on due date.

Great people altogether to deal with. We'd go again if we need any furniture for our home. Tim was knowledgeable about the furniture and helped us to look at the furniture they had in stock. He delivered too and kept us up to date on when he'd be with us to drop off. Altogether great if you want to have a change from IKEA.

We've bought from Betel before as we feel it is more ethical and environmentally friendly than buying new. You get well made furniture, at a good price whilst supporting a charity. There is always a good selection to choose from, well made, beautifully restored and prices are far cheaper than most stores.

We ordered a beautifully restored bureau. A seamless experience, very happy indeed.

The bureau I ordered had some issues but these were immediately resolved and a collection and full refund was offered. These things happen, but it's how the company reacts that is a true measure of their quality.
As a result I would not hesitate to order again.

Steve and Alen delivered my "new" (to me) heavy oak octagonal table and chairs this morning.
They were great, keeping me well informed about arrival time and even still cheerful after a very early start for them and a dreadfully long journey in awful downpours!
I am absolutely delighted with the quality of my table & chairs (even better than shown on the website) and will definitely be back to look for more furniture or even have something of mine renovated in time.

We had a very positive experience with this company/charity and we loved the idea of buying restored furniture from a Charity that helps people recover from addiction. It's so much more sustainable and helps restore lives too. The furniture was held for us as we were moving house to Scotland and then decorating the rooms that the furniture was in! And then when ready, two lovely guys (Ricky and Anthony) drove all the way to deliver to us in Campbeltown and installed the wardrobe and re-built it in the room. They were lovely, courteous and polite and it was wonderful to chat with them. And the furniture is wonderful and of excellent quality too, restored to a high standard. Just what we wanted! We would highly recommend and order again.
