Good value for price

Good value for price. Some hiccups with the website that prevents me to 5/5 rate - the site needs to be refreshed from time to time to prevent screen lockout, therefore not being able to lookup the stream on the second screen. Apart from that and a bit tricky discord bot management - all good.

Pretty good, except...

Pretty good, except...

I use obs to stream to youtube and rumble and when I click "Update Titles" it used to update both youtube and rumble title and descriptions and what not, but now it only does the youtube one. Plus there's no way to upload a thumbnail for rumble, or add tags, or do categories.

I have been trying since May 2024 to cancel my subscription. I emailed someone named Alex in the billing department with the information they requested to find my account. Then they ghosted me and are still charging my account. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and called my bank to block further charges.

When you reached out in May, we tried to follow up after asking for some info to find your account. It seems there was some confusion in the emails, and we couldn’t locate your account at the time. That’s on us for not making it easier to sort out.

I’ve canceled your plan and processed a full refund for all charges since May. You won’t have any more issues going forward.

Probably the most useless service our…

Probably the most useless service our company has ever used. All of a sudden (as fully paying customer 49 dollars a month for professional) all feaures dissappeared as we where about to send with external guests. And the Client service came back with "wait 5 days for support". DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - they are amateaurs and the do not even pretend to take responsibility.

No customer support

They don't have any customer support to handle issues. The chat is useless and they leave you frustrated without any resolve to getting your billing fixed (they've been charging me twice a month) and help with streaming issues.

DISHONEST Business. Software doesn't work.

WARNING #1: Software doesn't work for TikTok Live as it requires a stream key and even when entered - still doesn't work.

WARNING #2: I tried to cancel my subscription, but my card was charged again the next month. Untransparent cancellation process.

Contacted billing support to try to amicably solve the issue as I did not log into my account AT ALL during the "subscription" period, but was told it was a non-refundable charge.

Dishonest business. Beware.
