Switched from Streamyard after they became greedy. There was a learning curve but I’m not looking back. Cool tool, nice people.

I’d just like some more customisations in their studio.

Predatory business, HORRIBLE support

Yes, 100% agree with the other negagtive comments.

PREDATORY business practice,

The most unprofessional and condescending 'support' chat I've ever had.

I used to be a GREAT fan of restream until I started PAYING them money, and then had to deal with their support team.

They wasted SO much of my time,

Were constantly talking down to me,
NEVER addressed any of my problems.

So within TWO conversations with the support team,

They managed to turn me from a FAN - who recommended Restream to all his friends

to now a rather ANGRY ex-customer.

Terrible service. STAY AWAY

Their customer service is very unsupportive and their business model is very predatory. I got the service. It did not work for me and they claimed it wasn’t an issue in their end but on mine, okay fine I’ll just cancel I’ll take the one month payment as a loss. But they KEPT CHARGING ME. They refused to give me a refund and I can’t take my debit card off of their platform. I have had to resort to disputing the purchase in order to get my money back. I would never use this service again.

Dislike the software you said it free…

Dislike the software you said it free as it comes with 2 stream platform and can allow up to 3 people share screen and it say it comes with the command free and there not free you want me to paid I don't do business that lies about there products and the login function never works half of the time then it never connects to twitch as it keeps saying network error non stop and there nothing wrong on my end your software is garbage hell I rather use one studio than your platform.

Unethical Subscription and Refund Practices

WARNING! I canceled my subscription on the same day I was charged, and Restream still refuses to refund me. Instead of giving my money back, they offered me “Restream credit” to use in the future… Why would I want credit for a service I already canceled?

This is a shady practice: most subscription-based platforms offer same-day refunds. Stripe allows it. So do Netflix, Spotify, and others. But Restream hides behind a restrictive refund policy buried in fine print, and then tries to patch it up with useless internal credits.

If you're considering signing up—think twice. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be stuck. And worse, they make it seem like everything’s handled, only to tell you later: “No refund for you.”

This isn’t just about money. It’s about transparency, ethics, and respecting your customers.
Very disappointing experience. Never using them again.
