Keep getting charged even after cancelling
I cancelled my acount after 1 month of use. I have been getting charged for over a year every month and they are saying they cannot find an account or even my billing information, yet I am still being charged. I would recommend NOT using this service. ABsolutely terrible.

THE best SCAMMERS I have ever encountered!! They do NOT have a 'cancel my subscription' button in their website, as well as NO delete my credit card info. So, basically if you sign up once, you have to pay them forever. I spend hours and days to reach out their customer services to just to cancel my subscription so I would stop paying their mediocre services and meantime paid a lot of money just because they did not LET ME cancel my own subscription.
