Easy to use, learn, and create. Inexpensive.
I really like how easy the platform is to use and navigate. It has more features than other voice agent platforms and it also has a lot more flexibility with the agents then other platforms. I like the cost as it is very cost effective and I plan on using this platform for a host of things.

Retell makes creating a voice based AI agent about as simple as you could hope for -- but has hooks to allow for much more complicated use cases. Impressed thus far! After implementing the same project in both Vapi and Retell, I prefer Retell.

Great but Not Perfect
The Retell product in itself is very good but not perfect and allows for easy optimisation of the prompts for great agent behaviour. It provides fairly good documentation to aid custom development.
Improvements could be made to the range of UK English voices available as most of the voices are American (maybe the fault of Voice Generator partners). That said, a great product indeed!
