Cloud based panel hasn't all the tools. Charges tokens just to preview images. Rude customer care.
Cloud based panel doesn't have all the tools/plug ins, and to preview edits you get charged one token (even if you don't export the picture), then get charged one more token upon exporting.
The website is messy, it lacks info, and the provided info are misleading.
One example: "Arams integrates all Retouch4me plugins in a single application" is stated on the website, but it is not true, as the cloud based version offers only 11 tools, compared to the 17 available.
Subscriptions, packages, it's a messy mix. Looks convenient and competitive, but it is not at the very end.
Tim from customer care was kind enough to help me out, and tried to help me and offer solutions, until her coworker Anastacia took over; her attitude and rudeness were unacceptable.

You're right: the cloud version currently offers 11 tools, while the desktop version supports all 17 Retouch4me plugins. The website statement regarding integration should have been clearer, and we’ll work on adjusting that to avoid any confusion moving forward.
Regarding token usage, we understand your frustration. One token is deducted when generating a preview, as this involves full server-side processing. However, if you choose to export the same image, no additional token is charged — you're only charged once per image. We recognize this may not be immediately clear and are working to make the process more transparent and user-friendly.
We’re also sorry to hear about your support experience. We’re glad Tim was able to assist you with professionalism and care, and we apologize if any part of your interaction with our team felt dismissive or unhelpful. That’s not the level of support we aim to deliver, and your feedback will be reviewed internally.

I was totally frustrated with support. The support agents really did not seem to read my question. I eventually researched on my own to discover I have purchased the wrong option. I had purchased Cloud when what I needed was the Plugins. When I tried to explain the response from support was "If the subscription is canceled, credits are permanently forfeited."

Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life. They say 14 days full refound if im not happy. I canceled 5 min after ordering, without touching any program or tolkens. Because i ordered wrong product. I tried talking with customer support. WORST person ever. Telling me im a fraud and dont want to give me money. Gaslighting 101, telling im scamming them and then they take my money. For a produkt i havent used and they tell on website they have 14 days open pay back service...... WHat clowns. NEVER BUY THIS SHIT.

I've been using these plugins for a bit…
I've been using these plugins for a bit over a year and they have been great! They save me time, do a great job and are customizable for how much editing it does. Today was the first time I had a problem migrating to a new machine and they solved that problem faster than it took to write this review! I'm a happy customer!!!

Great plugins Portrait Volumes & Doge and Burn Plugin
Retozch4me made great plugins. I used Portrait Volumes & Doge and Burn Plugin for several years.
My Mac was broken, I had a replacement device and than the fixed device and then the activation is then sometimes annoying, but so far the support has always helped me quickly and competently.

Different versions of PS on the same pc use extra keys, don't buy this scam.
You have 3 activations, you can't remove one activation so if you change your pc/mac you lose 1 key.
But the most ridicolous thing ever is that for every version of Photoshop you use a key.
In my case I had the plugin on an old mac I don't use since 2 years, then on my new pc I put it on PS23 and PS24.. Now I got PS25 but I can't activate the plugin 'cause I have activated on PS23 and 24.. This is SO ridicolous I can't even believe it.. SAME PC with 3 different versions of PS use 3 keys?!?
PLUS: I already wrote support back when I changed my old mac and they told me that every 6 months I could add a key which resulted in bullshit as 2 years have passed so I should have 6 keys which I don't.. always the same 3.
Don't buy it, not worthy.

1. When installing the plugin on older versions of Photoshop that require Rosetta for running on Macs with M1 architecture, an additional activation key is needed. This information is available in our FAQ, as the system recognizes such installations as separate activations.
2. In all other cases, only one activation key is required per device, even if you use multiple versions of Photoshop on the same computer. If you're experiencing issues with this, please reach out to our support team—we will review your case and help resolve the problem.
