I appreciate Anastasia. I lost about 4 credits when using the cloud editor because the server never seemed to connect with my Photoshop. Anastasia explained that I could connect to a different server, which seemed to work, but it was extremely slow. But because I lost credits, Anastasia immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. She was extremely nice. Thank you for employing such an amazing customer service representative!

A sleezy slime ball company
A sleezy slime ball company! I bought 3 plug ins for their stand alone software. (ARAMS) Not user friendly at all! I initially tried activating the plug-ins in the ARAMS software, but it gave me error messages. I then decided that I didn't want this unusable software. I talked with chat support with Anastacia and she tried to prompt me to into activating the plug ins after I told her I wanted a refund. I had to ask 5 times for a refund before she finally caved in. She tried 7 times to get me to activate them, so that I would not get a refund. Stay far away from these people. They are slimy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incompetent Billing and Poor Customer Service
Retouch4me has been an extremely frustrating experience for me. They are unable to properly apply the EU VAT legislation, let alone accurately calculate VAT on their bills. By imposing a 27% VAT, they flagrantly disregarded our right to the reverse charge mechanism as a VAT-registered company in Hungary. Furthermore, their VAT fee was incorrectly computed, which is totally unacceptable for any company that claims to conduct business abroad.
They have terrible customer service, which exacerbates the situation. I brought up the matter and asked for a corrected invoice that complied with EU law, but I received no resolution and only unhelpful answers. Their lack of professionalism and disrespect for appropriate invoicing standards are shocking.
Even worse, their VAT calculation is essentially incorrect. They subtract VAT from the total gross amount rather than adding 27% VAT to the net amount, which produces wildly erroneous numbers. For a global business, this degree of incapacity in fundamental billing procedures is startling.
Stay away from this business to spare yourself the trouble. They lack professionalism and dependability.

I encountered a problem with one of the plugins I purchased. Today I wrote about it to the support group. Vlad answered me immediately and explained my problem in detail and immediately began to fix it! And soon Vlad asked me to launch all the plugins I purchased one by one to check if they were working correctly. Oh my god!!! The problem disappeared! And besides, all the other plugins started working faster! Today Vlad made me a little happier! And by the way, my conversation was late at night! Great company, great service. I actually unintentionally ordered the wrong plugin (yes, didn't have my morning coffee yet) and I didn't realize it until after I clicked the pay button. I used retouch4me's online chat where Anastacia fixed my order and made the plugin which I wanted to order available for download. There plugins save a TON of time with editing, and they work extremely well.

Had a problem with retouch4me Color Match having oversaturated colors and I contacted On line support. Anastacia was great in helping me and found the problem to be in the color space I was using. It needs to use RGB or sRGB not ProPhoto RGB.

I had a very pleasant experience with a consultant named Tatiana. She breezed me through the hurdles of downloading & installing the program. I am an old man and have most of my photos on negatives. Have just scanned them all in and was manually removing the dust in Photoshop. Then I saw this fantastic program that will save hundred if not thousands of hours.

There was a problem with the newly purchased plugins stopping to work on some photos. I contacted support. A very pleasant Vladis consultant helped to activate them correctly and reported that all the problems were due to previously used pirated plugins. So don't pirate! It is better to buy a license, especially now, when there is a 30% discount on Black Friday!!!
