Not as pictured nor described
I sent an email to RetrieverWorx.com. I hope to get a response from them. I sent a picture of the part I would like to receive and a picture of the prong collar that is vastly different from the picture and description of the collar I ordered. I have never seen a Herm-Sprenger collar that looks like the collar sent to me. I hope this company sends me the part I need to make this a symmetric collar as described and pictured.

A mouthful of carcinogens? No, thank you!
After much head-scratching, my vet diagnosed my Golden’s pink lips as a reaction to bacterial growth on plastic bumpers. A little research into bumper hygiene led to the unpleasant discovery of what most other bumpers are made of. Ugh. Our first order just arrived. Codex seems to like how they feel. I am greatly relieved to know I’m not poisoning her on every blind!
