This is a Con! The guy takes your money then you never hear from him again. Trading standards need to get involved. The list of people ripped off by this guy is growing far too fast

****do not buy unless you want to wait till 2030 for delivery, you don’t get what you pay for and the box is awful. They don’t respond to messages and keep on conning people out of money ****

Been waiting for 4 weeks for my order now and nothing. No response to my emails chasing delivery date, nothing. Money deducted immediately and nothing else

Seriously just read the reviews . Will take your money and just not answer emails when it doesn't arrive, and there is no other way to contact!

Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

Shocking. Never experienced such poor service. Placed order on 23rd April, still yet to receive and there are people who have waited even longer than me. Website says delivery up to 6 days which is a complete lie. I've been as patient as possible and allowed more time than usual due to current events but enough is enough. The guy isn't even responding to emails or messages now. Please do not order from this company. Lesson learnt for me do more research! I bought a console on April 30th and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed the company 6 times and no response received. Their tracking stopped showing progress on May 5th.

Both their supplies and more need to be considered during this time as well....not all on them possibly.
They replied to my emails so far promptly

Reported to trading standards and small claims court. Still not received my order and trust me you will never get a genuine response from the email address. I have a mobile number and all I got was lies. Got his mums mobile number and again LIES! It’s fraud and theft! Maybe one day I will receive but from a personal experience ignore this seller and find a genuine seller whom will offer you decent customer service and honesty. Wish I checked trust pilot before paying £99.99!

Hello, I'm having the same problem, ordered one month ago. I know that maybe is difficult in this moment. But just one one email not generate by computer, explaining when will arrive!

Finally arrive 1 month and a half late. For me the biggest problem was that they dont reply any email.

never before have I had such a shocking experience! Bought a retro gaming console in April from this guy and on the website it says 2-6 days royal mail tracked delivery. Got an automatic reply emai that said "We're getting your order ready to ship. We will notify you when it has been sent." I sent an email enquiring about customising my order, nothing, so I carried on waiting for my order to arrive and as it still hasn't arrived, especially within the expected timescale I sent another emai to ask where my order is and only received an automatic response email. I've turned to Trust Pilot and found a lot of other people in the same boat, placing orders then being fobbed off and the seller not responding and only taking our money and on his website and Facebook page full of fake reviews!

I ordered mines on 9th April and the last email received a few days back,Saying an item you ordered is on its way.
My poor childrens because of virus cant go out which makes me think what is taking them this long to deliver.
No tracking now they say the batch comes from china,I do not mind where it comes from even from the moon as long as my poor childrens receive it i will rate them.

Absolute scum. Taking peoples money and not sending items! Will be reporting them to trading standards. They wont give you your money back. Currently trying g to get mine back through my bank

Ordered mine at christmas, had email saying it was dispatched but never recieved anything, the person has a facebook page and is still taking money off folk, there is alot of unhappy people on the retrogaming box page on facebook, and as far as i know he's being under investigation for fraud, he works under yellow trade solutions, i hope the person or people involved have a conscience and get locked up for along time, lucky for me i contacted the bank and got my money back!

Bad experience

Ordered fine in early January and a few weeks later was told the device was shipped, but that was two weeks ago and nothing has turned up and no communication from them. Looks from others on here I'm not alone.

Feb 29th - box finally arrived out the blue after weeks of waiting. But does not work at all on connection.

Totally avoid these people. They won't respond to emails.

Bad experience. No communication or item. Ordered on the 8th Jan and it's now the 5th of Feb and still nothing. Going through the bank to get my money back. Complete SCAM.

Can't recommend. Did not deliver what I ordered. I paid for 4 wireless pads with the console, but was supplied 2 cheapo wired ones instead. I connected my PS4 pads to it using bluetooth instead, but that doesn't change the fact they got my order wrong and have ignored my emailed requests for a refund of the difference. They don't have a contact phone number either.

I bought the gaming package in the Black Friday sale, waited until the new year to receive the power plug, hdmi lead, four controllers with NO console. Multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve been assured it’s on the way. I have little faith in receiving my product and believe I’ve basically been robbed. Happy to discuss and amend this post if I’m wrong.
