Poor poor poor service. Ordered a Spurs kit for my little girl with her name and choice of number on the back. This was back on the 9th September. Emailed customer services on 21st September, asking about whereabouts? Received reply on 23rd Sept with a message saying shipped and tracking number. Follow the link and no tracking details, now you can't even access the site. Have emailed again but no response. Will be going to my credit card company to try and get money back as Retrojersey4you.com seem unable to provide a service. Would advise people to stay well away. No wonder they only give a email adress to complain to, as if there was a phone number it would be constantly engaged due to complaints!

No football kit for my son's birthday. Nothing arrived. I was sent a tracking number that doesn't exist! Just absolutely shocking. Will be contacting my bank today for the money back.

Not recieved anything atall. Ordered on the 01st of September and had nothing through the post. I’ve sent 2 emails back on friday (4days ago) and have not had a response. Defo not a ‘9am-11pm monitored’ company. If it comes through the post and Is an authentic shirt I’ll remove my review as I’m not too fussed about the delivery time. I’m just more annoyed that the text I received took me to a ‘404 non existant’ page and they have not bothered to respond to my email asking where it is.

If you guys see this, please just respond to people that’s all they want.

Scam site. Had very good reviews when I ordered, now it's all 1 star...

F*'*-ng APPALLING... DO NOT ORDER........Right now I would give them 0 stars if it would let me awaiting order dispatch details order was placed 21st sept nothing arrived yet nor a reply to my three emails....... Not hard to type an email reply 🤷🏻‍♀️ DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

As someone with learning difficulties who wears a 3XL I ordered a 4XL expecting oversized, the top I received wouldn't even fit XL, I've never heard of a company that doesn't refund on wrong size or even exchange. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

So after no response to my email to customer service which I was advised to do on my previous review I have decided to write another 1 star review to which they will probably respond to on Trustpilot asking me to email their customer service email again.

These ppl don't deserve custom from anyone as all the negative reviews are showing here so am just contributing to those low scores!

Please do not waste your time effort or money in dealing with these charlatans!

Stay well clear of this company items do not arrive I had to go through my bank to get my money back, should of checked reviews really before ordering also customer service is extremely rude there whole attitude is disgusting they soon turned nasty when they was told a dispute was opened telling me how they will be telling the bank that items been delivered even though tracking says different the courier never did recieve these parcels

I ordered a childs England kit for my grandsons birthday still not arrived been given the run around blaming fuel crisis i work in parcel industry and we are not delaying deliveries do not use this company they are cowboys.

I ordered a PSG tracksuit since 12th of September and I still haven’t received my tracksuit. I have sent emails but it says the website is down. How do I get my money back.

So after finding this website on Google thought ok shirts look good says they are not fakes as stated on website ordered the next size up. After waiting about 10 days I contacted them by email for update on delivery you get a tracking number but this is too shut you up for now . Basically you can't track anything. So finally received my shirt 5 weeks later and guess what 100%fake not even a good fake. So I emailed them to ask for a refund reply I got back was check website for sizes I replied back and said I did but got no reply didn't think I would. So no matter what you buy goods are not fit for purpose the law states you are entitled to your money back or a replacement. I got a shirt that would struggle to fit a child. As you can imagine we all hate being conned all these shirts are from China. 100% FAKE. I have also noticed they trade under another name starting11 as well. Wording on both websites is identical. I was gonna contact my bank for refund but its not there fault. All I wanted was my money back. I will report them to Google for selling fake goods I am also handing the shirt over to trading standards. So guys personally I would keep your money I wish I had. Could have had the real shirt for another £20.00. Total scam.

Ordered at the start of September to come in time for my nieces birthday (30th) still had nothing, been with a 3rd party since 16th september even though I waived the 7 day cancellation so it would be sent quicker…..
Very disappointing as chose this company as opposed to a larger business.

I ordered from this company back at beginning of September for my 6 year old sons birthday unfortunately he didn't get the kit and we still have yet to receive it just yodel tracking with 3rd party company for the past 3 weeks I did get an email from the admin once that my order was on the way but other messages I have sent them yet to reply I hope they will be able to resolve this as such a shame

Very slow delivery, but this is flagged by the company, was a little concerned by previous reviews which said stuff didn't arrive and was fake.
The shirt did finally arrive after 4 weeks and is definitely NOT a fake. Its very good quality and a superb fit.
Company could improve comms

Site is fake. Ordered two shirts 3 September. They responded with some lies three times and than stopped to respond. Now site is offline and no responses. Raised bank dispute to get my money back.

Do not order from this company.
I have ordered a Chelsea kit for my grandson beginning of September and still have not received this. I have had no response to endless emails I have sent them,there has been no contact apart from them saying there website is down and been getting emails from different people all saying they are still waiting for there orders.
Got a message to say my order has been despatched but now there is no link the company have simply disappeared. The annoying thing is this was to be a birthday present for my grandsons birthday his birthday has passed and still no sign of the order. There has been no communication from this company so I would advise you not to order from them.

Where is it? The "store" I purchased from no longer exists? It's definitely a scam. I have emailed them and no reply, I want my money back but I doubt I'll ever see that again.

Ordered a kit, never turned up, they also sent a group email without hiding anyone's email, there's 100's of people on this email chain saying they haven't received their item. Absolute scammers

if i could give them zero i would constant e mails saying there is a delay and it will be with yodel tomorrow at latest complete scam disappointed grandson claim now made through credit card company avoid them
