Poor customer service and no timely credit increases for excellent loyal on time paying customers!!!

Worse card every
Worse card every. First off I swear the same 3 people work for the whole company. They all tell you something different, you ask to speak to a supervisor you can't get one. One person let's you pay with a debit card if its not in your name the other doesn't, one person tells you, you cannot pay until next day because its 5pm, the other let's you pay after 5pm. This CC sucks I will not recommend and probably will be closing out. And no one speaks clear English.

Terrible experience with this card
Terrible experience with this card; I had to close my bank account due to fraud, which was connected to my auto pay. I got a new bank account, set it up, set autopay, for the third time today. I have continued to be locked out of my account. I get emails saying I have a payment due, when I have made payments, that I'm now over my credit limit. I have been trying to cal for weeks, but automated system never recognizes my account last four, and does not offer any other option to validate the account so you can actualy talk to someone. This has now been going on since the end of March when the fraud first occured. This was a recommended card to help me rebuild credit, and all it has done is cause me stress, and worry about being reported late. I want to close this account.
