I had the worst experience with Revibe.I dont have my money or my laptop that i ordered because i decided to order from them, definitely the biggest mistake i made.They claim in their site about shipping within 2-4 days. I ordered a laptop with this hope that i would get my laptop quickly because i needed a laptop urgently. Later on even aftwr 7-8 business days my laptop wasnt even shipped. Even after so many emails my laptop wasn’t shipped so i finally cancelled my order. Its been so many days and they sare saying they have already processed the refund but it still hasnt come in my bank account. Now after so long wait neither do i have a laptop nor my money.

Over 2 week delay in delivery, company placed all blame on the shipper and refused to take any responsibility or action except for empty platitudes in their emails. Return process was excruciating - again, the company took no responsibility.

Very disappointing - Received the Wrong Model and a Dead Battery!
I highly recommend avoiding Revibe. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare.
I ordered a Dell Latitude 7420, but instead, they shipped me a completely different, lower-spec model—the Dell Latitude 7320. Getting the wrong laptop was frustrating enough, but it gets much worse.
Revibe explicitly promises a battery health of 90% on very good condition or higher for their devices. When I checked the battery health on the laptop they sent me, it was sitting at a miserable 44%. The laptop can barely hold a charge and is practically unusable without being plugged into a wall.
They failed on the model, they failed on the quality assurance, and they completely lied about their battery health guarantees. Save your time, money, and sanity—do not buy from Revibe.

Really Bad after sale service, recieved iphone with chiped screen. Raise claim through app withinb 4 hrs of receiving as suggested by CSR. Its been 5 days no one came to pickup the device despite several email and calls. No one bothers to call back to update me whats the issue. When i call the customer care they dont have clarity that why the device is not picked up. Such a bad experience. I will never buy from Revibe again and i will not recommend to anyone also. Being a customer it me who has to call pickup team to arrange pickup. I did also, but they refused to take it as the order for pickup was not created correctly by the Revibe team. I have the proof of the communication between me and courier people. Even after informing revibe customer care that irder created was wrong and promised by them that they will rectify the issue and arange pickup as soon as possible.

Pathetic and Terrible Customer Service.
Found out after I bought the Samsung S23 Ultra that it was being sent from Dubai to Thailand.
Their customer service won't reply, and Thai Customs wants me to provide an import licence, pay penalties, import fees and duties, which makes the whole Revibe experience a nightmare and the cost of the phone more than a new S23 Ultra.
I now need to reclaim my money through my credit card as Revibe will not answer nor help.
