This place is terrible, they should go out of business and have a class action lawsuit placed against them. They’re so disorganized and have no idea how to produce a product, they give a BS excuse about “raw materials” please stop the garbage BS. They’re very good at advertising themselves and making excuse why they can’t ship the product. God only knows if and when I will get the product I ordered almost 3 months ago or even if I will get a refund!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DONT BUY HERE!!!

I have placed orders here before, and they came in, it took a while, but they were very clear that it would. A month ago I tried to return an order and they would not send a shipping label to me and now on top of that I have made an order 2 months ago and I have not received it or any updates about it when I try to contact them the message does not go through. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I do not recommend!

Delivery and transparency is horrible. Ordered jeans and it’s been two months and they haven’t even shipped. I have emailed customer service several times and they respond with a generic reply saying they’re a ‘small business’ and to ‘please excuse it’. I can’t even ask for a refund because too much time has passed. I don’t even know when the jeans will arrive. Would not recommend, don’t buy from here unless you’re willing to wait months and be faced with radio silence from their end.

I placed an order for jeans (Order #765942) on January 2, 2026. The checkout and confirmation email showed no indication that this was a pre-order or made-to-order item — it appeared as a regular in-stock purchase.
After more than 5 weeks with no updates or tracking, I contacted support multiple times via chat. They repeatedly closed sessions due to “inactivity” while I was waiting, and responses were mostly generic templates.
Finally, after nearly 8 weeks (over 50 days), they confirmed it’s a “pre-order/made-to-order” due to production in LA and raw material delays. They now say it will ship in another 1–3 weeks, but provide no exact date, no tracking, no proof of progress, and no option for immediate cancellation or refund.
Their policy seems to allow refunds only in the first 2 hours after purchase, and they push “patience” instead of solutions. This was not disclosed at the time of buying, and the delay far exceeds reasonable expectations (even their site sometimes mentions 2–5 weeks for pre-orders).
I’ve seen hundreds of similar complaints on Trustpilot, BBB (F rating with 300+ unresolved cases), and Reddit: extreme delays (months), ignored support, and difficulties getting money back without chargeback.
I’m now planning to file a chargeback with my bank for non-delivery. I would prefer a resolution directly from the company — either ship immediately with tracking or full refund.
If you’re thinking of buying from Revice: read recent reviews first. The quality might be good, but the wait time, lack of transparency, and customer service make it very risky.

I ordered two pairs of pants in December and only one was shipped. It is February, I filed a PayPal claim and it was denied even though I have proof that they only shipped one pair. The customer service chat always says they will contact via email and never does.

When ordering the jeans I was given a shipping date. That date came & went. Then I contacted Revice customer service. I had to contact them repeatedly (over a 4 day period) since the shipping date kept changing & I received conflicting emails from them. They couldn’t get their stories straight.
When the jeans arrived I was so disappointed in the fit, poor quality, top waistband was falling apart, zipper sticks, belt loops weren’t attached at tops, Then I washed/dried the jeans. They shrank 2” in length & body of jeans also shrank (which should NEVER happen with any quality jeans!) (Like Levi Jeans)
I was told I can’t return them since they have been washed. Really?!?

They give me a new tracking number im thinking ok as long as it comes before my daughter birthday then whatever. January comes I reach out again and again get the same response this time my tracking says it’s been canceled by the sender I reached out again and I was told my order was FULFILLED!!!! What are you talking about!!!! I haven’t received anything!!! Finally I get in contact with a rep who tells me they will credit me STORE CREDIT for their mistake. I told them I was to speak to a manager she then LIES TO ME and told me a manger will be in contact with me no longer than 48 hrs later. Do you think a manger called me? First of all my order took about 4 months to even come. It wasn't the right size so I decided to return it. Returning it genuinely was so painful. They didn't send me a label and made it very confusing, I had to pay for the return shipping and then they didn't get back to me till 2 months later. I litteraly thought I had been scamed. So unprofessional and just f-ing irritating for the amount I paid.

if i could give it 0 stars i would. i paid £130 for a pair of jeans and a top. waited over a month and the package arrives with only the jeans in. they don’t fit so i send them back, however they don’t supply returns labels so i had to pay £30 at my local post office to return them. they also don’t give refunds, only exchange for a different size or store credit. i choose to change the size of the jeans. after paying to return them they email me saying that the size i exchanged for is out of stock so they give me store credit instead. only £78 and i still have to pay for shipping and still no sign of the top. i went to repurchase the jeans which were originally £120 that i bought on sale for £80, they’re repriced at £190 on sale for £150?! It’s honestly ridiculous. Do not waste your time and money on this company, you’ll just be robbed blind. SHITE customer service btw! can’t even email them you have to speak to an incompetent chat line which limits what you can even discuss. so if you have any sort of problem, they can’t help you at all

like most of the comments i had made and order in march of 2025 after seeing the kalogera sisters wearing their brand, on my order they said it would get shipped 1-2 weeks after i ordered… i got it 6 months later, i was extremely frustrated and felt like i was being scammed. The pants are nice but i would like it if they were a bit more honest with the shipping date, dont say you’re going send it to the person within 1-2 weeks when you send it way later than that 😅
