Appalling customer service / NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND

Appalling customer service - no response to queries. Ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter over a month again, the tracking system does not work, it simply states that it hasn't even been shipped. I've attempted to do the online chat - awaiting over an hour at each attempt with no response. How does one even get their money bac? My advice - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible customer service!

This company has been a huge disappointment. I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter and waited a full month with no shipping update. When I reached out, I was told the item was a preorder and would ship 1–4 weeks after ordering—which didn’t make sense since that timeframe had already passed. After waiting a few more days, I contacted them again and was then told it would be 1–4.5 weeks before shipping. At that point, they were essentially saying it could take up to two months to receive the item. I requested a refund and it was denied, leaving me no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. After reading other customer reviews, this appears to be an ongoing pattern with this company. Poor communication, misleading timelines, and unwillingness to refund—buyer beware.

100% reccomend

Although shipping did take quite a long time, they do give a fair warning that you won't receive your order for quite a while. The jeans are each made to order in Los Angeles, California, which makes the wait warranted. These jeans are by far my most worn; they're amazing quality and perfectly baggy. This brand is 100% tall-girl friendly (although I'm not a tall girl by any means). I highly reccomend ordering from here.

Paid €108, Never Received My Order, No Customer Support

I ordered a pair of jeans from this company on December 8. The package was marked as shipped on December 30, and I still have not received anything.
International shipping (to Italy) obviously seems to be a problem for them. If a company is not able to manage overseas deliveries, they simply should not offer this service.
The worst part is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted them twice to request a refund and never received a single reply. Being ignored after spending money is unacceptable.
I paid €108 and at this point it is clear that the jeans are never going to arrive. In any case, waiting two months for a delivery with no communication is not reasonable.
I expect a full refund, including shipping costs, immediately. Very disappointing experience.
Feb 2nd updadte: Still no response. I even asked for the jeans to be resent with express courier delivery within 10 days, and they did not even bother to reply. As far as I’m concerned, no refund and no replacement item equals theft and consumer FRAUD

These Reviews Had Me Worried!

I suppose I'm not really understanding the negative reviews. This is a smaller company (though, growing quickly) that doesn't have the man power like True Religion, Levi's or Miss Me yet. While they do have several items in stock, a lot of the more popular items are being made by hand, inspected and then shipped. When checking out it will tell you if the item is in stock (says will ship in 1-2 days) or it will give you an estimated ship date if the item needs to be made. Of course they probably can't provide an exact date, but I'm sure they do the best they can.

When I placed my order, I received my in stock items within 1 week but am still waiting on a pair of pants estimated to be ready mid February.

I'm not sure if the estimated dates are something they implemented recently or if consumers just aren't paying attention, but my expectations have been met and I'm excited to receive the pants I'm waiting for.

The quality of each item is excellent. I did have to get the pants tailored since I'm short, but they are great quality jeans and the shirts I received exceeded my expectations actually.

I'm not an influencer or anyone special, so it's not like they made sure to send my items as quickly as possible. I hope if you're reading this, you'll give this company a chance because they make some really unique, bad ass items.

Will not send a refund

Will not send a refund whatsoever has been over a month and I’m assuming the only way to take action is to file in court. There was no damages on the jeans but I didn’t take any pictures before, I put them on and the size was incorrect.

I ordered these and 5 minutes after I decided I wanted a refund and I messaged them since they don’t have a cancel option but the policy is that if under two hours you don’t cancel it you can’t anymore, but it doesn’t make sense because they say they’ll get back to you in two to three days it took them four days to respond telling me it wasn’t possible because of the policy. I accepted it and have been waiting patiently for about 2-3 weeks and they haven’t shipped it so I messaged them AGAIN they take another 4 days to respond telling me they are a small business and that it takes 1-2 weeks to ship.

I'd give it a ZERO if I could!!

I'd give it a ZERO if that was an option! I ordered jeans in early December 2025. As of January 27th 2026....they STILL have not arrived!! The company stopped responding to my emails. Pretty sure it's a scam!! I contacted Paypal, reported them and got a refund. Definitely don't recommend and definitely won't be buying from them again!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service after my package was lost. I waited over a month to hear back. After commenting on their social media to get their attention, they still wouldn’t help. Would not recommend shopping from them. Plus the wait time for your item is months!

Terrible company. A scam. Dont put your credit card infor

Terrible company. I ordered a pair of pants 22 days before Christmas. There was no notice anywhere that the item would not ship until February or March.
After repeatedly emailing them, they finally admitted the delay. By then, they had already charged my credit card, yet I still had no pants and no delivery date.
They refused to cancel the order, forcing me to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was even told I might not get my money back.
Apparently, they only send orders to their shop twice a year, meaning customers wait 3–4 months after payment. This is completely unacceptable and misleading

Great expierence

I ordered vice jean/blue crest. And i checked the date of shipping because they write on their web site that there could be some pre-orders and it’s handmade so it would take more time. There was date of shipping 3.12. 2025 (so i knew it wasnt pre-order) . My order was confirmed 24.11., order was shipped 27.11. and was delivered 18.12. It was before Christmas and package went from LA to Prague so it’s understandable it took this “long” and the package went through costums clearance, including VAT calculation, which is normal for international orders. And the jeans itself? So pretty, heavy (so , good material) and everything is ok. I was scared because i read bad reviews on TT and some web sites but it was totally okay. Everything.

I’ve ordered a couple times from here-…

I’ve ordered a couple times from here- don’t get me wrong the items are cute but they never get here on time (if ever), or they break. One of my first orders never arrived, my second order of the TLC American blue jeans complete top became unstitched and broke, one of my most recent orders took 2 months to come in then of course didn’t fit cause the sizing is different for each jean. It’s just ridiculous at this point. I can’t even exchange the jeans now.

Don't always rely on negative reviews!

With so many negative reviews, purchasing felt like a gamble, however, I am so glad we took a chace! We triple checked her measurements and sizing (as we are in Australia), and placed the order. Yes, the shipping did take a while, but that was disclosed when selecting the size - before you even put the item in your cart! The product quality is amazing, and my daughter is so happy with her items - which fit perfectly! Just goes to show that people are more likely to complain than compliment, so here's my attempt at changing that.

they only care about influencers

You will not get your order, so don’t bother. If you contact them about it, you’ll get a reply weeks later, and it’ll be a sh*tty template. Email them again, the same template over and over again. This company is bs. Just ask your bank to charge it back.

Do not order from revice

Do not order from revice. No matter how good their products look. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for my package. I sent them a email almost a month ago. They told me my package would ship within the next 1-3 weeks. It did not. I emailed them again. The contents of the email were the exact same except this time they said they “expect” the package to ship in the next 1-4.5 weeks. I don’t care if they’re a “small” business like they claim. It’s ridiculous for a singular pair of jeans to take this long.

I ordered a pair of jeans a month…

I ordered a pair of jeans a month before Christmas as a gift. When I didn’t receive it or any update I reached out. I was told in a very generic email that it was a pre order item that takes about 3 weeks. No where did it ever say this. So, I patiently waited another 3-4 weeks. Reached out yet again to be told the exact same thing. Both times I requested a refund but was denied. I finally took it to my credit card and about 5 days later received a refund directly from the company. Do better revice!

3 months to receive one pair of jeans?

Anyone up for a class action lawsuit? Revice has been horrible and clearly A LOT of people agree on this and BBB!
We bought a pair of jeans a month ago. We have emailed and chatted with customer service and they told us it can 6 weeks for them to “begin making the jeans” and then 6 more weeks to ship the order. There is no option to cancel the order. The chat representative was very unprofessional and extremely rude. When I receive my order someday I will cancel my account afterwards and never purchase another item. The dishonesty when you order is what bothers me. Just tell the customer it could take up to 3 months to receive your order.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, poor customer service, deceiving, paid for a product that I never received when it showed that it was in stock. They have no phone number, only way to contact them is through some type of messaging which states you will receive a response in 24-72 hours, they didn’t respond for over a month. They will not refund me, they claim my order was a pre-order which it was not (it showed in stock when I purchased it). No refund or no product (the companies response is basically what we are a small business and please be patient with us - basically too bad so sad, we took your money with no disclaimer).
