I ordered my granddaughter jeans…

I ordered my granddaughter jeans December 1. Never received the jeans. Sent a email to the company on the 26th. Just heard back on January 16. Nothing about expected delivery.
Good thing I purchased through PayPal, they reimbursed my purchase.
NEVER order from this company!!!!!

Terrible customer service !

I placed my order on the 8th December (Christmas present for teenagers) but still haven’t received it as of the 16th January. No updates or contact from them whatsoever and no reply to either my email to them or their website contact form. Terrible customer service, sadly I omitted reading trust pilot before placing the order. Avoid!

Terrible custom service and never received my order

Terrible custom service. i placed an order on Nov 25th and has not been received. The item was not on backstock when I ordered it, which is what they responded to me when I inquired about the order.. they said it could take a few more weeks before I received it, but it has been over another month and it has not arrived. i am unable to reach customer service and no response to my emails. we’ll never order from this company again and would suggest you not order from them either if you want a guaranteed to receive your items. this is the first and only negative review I have ever left for a company.

ZERO stars

Is there a ZERO star choice? That's what I'd choose, if so. I believe this company (though cute denim) is one giant scam. AVOID at all costs.

Such a nightmare. NO customer service.

Faulty websites saying no returns when clearly within timeframe. NO phone number that works. Emails and website submitted forms all go UNanswered indefinitely (been months now and I try every few days).

Plenty of other upstanding companies who make cute denim. Again - AVOID teh scam of Revice Denim.

I upcyle denim jackets at present with a move into other clothing this year. Rest assured we use British Royal Mail for deliveries and you will get your deliveries from Our company. So please refrain from mixing us up. We are based in the UK and deal with pounds sterling. This is an American based company dealing in Dollars.

I got scammed

I got scammed. Spend 200 euros on a order and it NEVER arrived. They ignore my emails when I ask them to send it or give me a return of my money. It has been a year, sended them more then 10 emails and never heard anything back. DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR SITE

Would also give zero stars if possible. I will never buy from here again. There is no transparency at all, and terrible customer service. I placed my order on 14.11.25. It's now 14 January and still nothing. I paid over £100.00 for these jeans, it is outrageous!!!

Do not buy from this company

I placed an order on December 1st and half of the order arrived in a little over 3 weeks. At the 4 week mark, I contacted Revice to cancel the second half of the order and refund to my credit card. Their site says 2-4 weeks. I had no reply and at the 5 week mark, the half of the order that is no longer wanted arrived. I immediately contacted Revice that I want a return with full refund as the timeframe is unacceptable. I have once again had no response.

I placed my order and paid USD550 for order #767702 on the 4th Jan 2026. Until now there are no updates about my orders despite sending over 10 emails, live chat, Instagram messenger, Tik Tok messsenger but never once the customer service from Revice has reached out to me.

Worst retail experience

I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. Waited over 2 months for my order, tried contacting them through their “chat bot” never got a response. I’m in the process of literally begging for my money back!

Scam with no one working there

I paid for items and submitted an exchange for a different size. I got confirmation that they received my return yet. They never shipped out my exchange item. I contacted them about 20 times through their website and several times through email. I have had no response.

Ordered 2 items from this business, received 1 item only, the sizing was completely wrong. Changed the sizing for the second item since it was very far from being shipped. Got a confirmation. Was sent the wrong size anyway. Had to pay for returning both items. Requested an exchange, got charged for the exchanged items second time. At this point, got charged for 4 items and have none. Customer service chat has been silent, no promised response, have been trying to resolve it over 2 months now. Will be filing a credit card dispute. Will never order from this company again!

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. I ordered pants for my teen daughter for Christmas. We measured her according to the size chart. She is tiny, and the pants arrived way too small. Within days, we initiated a return. It cost $23 to send the pants back to CA from MI. The UPS showed the pants received 3 days later by Revice. They never sent the replacement; nor did they reply to 3 different emails. They just pocketed the $80. I am in the process of filing a claim with my credit card company. Stay far away!

No return. Terrible customer service.

The pants I bought were much darker than they appear. And the pockets are weird. I thought they were cute in the pic, but not in person.
And they dont allow returns.
Never buying from this site again.

I reached out. Customer service was awful. I wouldn’t recommend.

Disgusted

please do not order from here, I’ve ordered over 2 months ago and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Tried to get a refund because they did not deliver my jeans in time. ( my jeans have still not shipped) I tried to get a refund as I am no longer interested in jeans that i bought over 2 MONTHS ago. And will likely take a month or two more based on these reviews. They told me they could not refund me since they are a small business, which makes absolutely no sense? I’ve been scammed for a couple hundred dollars. I repeat do not order here!

Extremely misleading

I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter on Dec 1 and haven’t received updates since then. I finally emailed them on the 23rd and they responded with the same canned message about the product being custom and should ship in 1-3 weeks. Now my daughter is back at school and it will on my dime to ship them to her. I saw someone suggest threatening a chargeback, which is my next step. Otherwise, at this rate, it will be summer by the time she gets a chance to wear them.
