I would often bulk buy the High whey protein packs & TNT for all my clients however it seems like this new executive strategic decision is a pure marketing gimmick.
Normally, when a company switches to cheaper packaging, the price drops but Revolution instead did the opposite.
$84.95 is fooling no one, everyone knows the 6lbs. High Whey retails at $74.95 and the 80% MEGA sale - really?
My clients don't appreciate the extra and now I've got to choose alternatives.
Luckily, Walmart stock still prevails so I stopped ordering from the official website.
Our favourite TNT grape flavour has also been stopped for some reason.
Do fix it by summer or else you're bidding goodbye to a lot of regulars.
Very disappointed, been buying protein here for a bit, usually get it in 3-5 business days, this time nothing, even the tracking info that was given to me, doesn’t even have the product, I have called numerous times and it always said they are busy been emailing for 3 weeks and nothing, no answers, so now I will have to dispute this with my bank. Bummer cause I did like going thru them, but I will never again.

I would urge everyone that is thinking about ordering a product from their website to NOT go ahead with it, instead pick a company that actually knows how to handle logistics and customer service. I placed my order on 10th March and it has been 7 days and i have essentially received no update on the status of my order. They sent me a link to track my package on the 13th of march stating that they have shipped my order, however their carrier hasn't received my order yet. Their carrier urged me to reach out to the vendor, revolution nutrition, so i did, and i haven't heard a word about it from their side. I have been sending emails and filling their contact form but it seems like they don't bother to communicate with paying customers. Don't even waste your time trying to call their number, they have a 100% record of never getting back. I have requested an update or a refund and haven't heard a thing from them about either yet.

I ordered a Oreo high whey protein powder 2 pounds and it tasted amazing! Got the product in less than 2 days and was satisfied with quality of the product. Will definitely order again!

Do not trust this company to be prompt or to respond to anything. Placed an order for 2 6lb protein powder and havent heard a thing about my order. Sent emails, try to call, requested a cancelation, NO Response! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Paid through paypal and I have opened a case,hopefully i can get my money back or I can dispute the charges with my bank.
Buy elsewhere please!!!! Don't be stuck waiting for this nonexistent company

I have been ordering from Revolution for quite some time, however I am disappointed with their recent packaging changes and poor customer service. I received an open bag of whey protein which spilled all over on Feb 25th. I promptly emailed your company that day, and have not received a reply in over a week. I won't be returning as a customer if they don't get their act together.
Please note Revolution: if you're going to reply dont tell me you're assigning me a ticket number and to email again, just respond to the 2 emails you've already received from me. Thanks.
ADDED POST REPLY: it is pathetic that you reply to my post here within 15 hours of it being posted, but I still didn’t get a reply to my email today. Stop wasting resources pretending to respond to customer complaints and actually reply to emails in a timely fashion. This makes you look worse.

I would give it zero stars if possible. I placed my order on Feb 18, not heard anything about my shipment since then. The shipping company saying that Revolution Nutrition hasn't kept the order ready for pickup. I've emailed them a few times, called them multiple times, filled out their website form. No response from either channels, I'm never ordering from them again. Ask Amazon or someone else to deliver. Painful experience for my first time with them. Terrible customer service and experience.

Product is nice , shipping company is horrendous , they can’t tell me when the package will be delivered and refuse to let it at my door. Won’t order anymore only because they require signature, I wont miss work and lose a full day waiting for 2-3 whey tube . What a joke

Ordered 10 days ago and it still hasn’t made it to the fed ex warehouse to ship, wrote email to customer support and no word back, take a week atleast once they ship, if you want your protein powder soon I would order elsewhere because they still haven’t shipped it and don’t respond back to your emails.

Terrible customer service and overhyped marketing with their so-called deals it's kind of a joke. Pretty pathetic if you cancel an order they charge you two when it hasn't even been shipped out. Just worried about money and the products are just overly sweet which probably spike your insulin anyway.

I honestly don’t understand the point of ordering something online if the only pickup location ends up being 35 minutes from my house. The whole experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Trying to get a response from this company felt like pulling teeth, and by the time they finally replied it had already been a month since I placed my $400+ order.
They offered to reship it with a reputable carrier instead of the random shipping company they originally used, which only has one pickup location in the entire city. That should have been the shipping method from the beginning, especially for an order at this price.
When I decided I’d rather just get a refund, they told me there would be a 10% restocking fee.
Overall, really disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Ordered 2x 6lbs protein powders, received the shipment, but they weren't what I ordered. I do care how "busy" they've been. A complete and utter failure of fulfilling customer orders. Their customer service support is useless after sending 5 emails and leaving 10 voice-mails. I've heard nothing for iver 12 days. Going to report this to my credit card company as fraud and request a charge back. I'm sick of this BS.
EDIT: RN replied to my email and did send me the proper protein powder immediately without me having to return or pay for the accidental one they sent me. Much appreciated service, but it did take me reaching a boiling until they responded and corrected the issue.

Ordered on Feb 3, 2026 and since then no movement has been made even though they sent a tracking number through Fedex. I tried reaching out TWICE to their customer support but no reply, also tried calling the number multiple times saying they will connect me to a representative but been waiting for 15 minutes and still nothing. It’s understandable that they have high volume orders right now but a simple email would be sufficient not to make their customers worry about orders not coming
