Ordered wheel bearings including stretcher bolts (a must when changing as bolts are recommended to be used only once) for my mini paceman.
Checked bearings in stock.
Rexbo changed to an alternative more expensive because out of stock. Did not include new stretcher bolts.
Phoned to cancel as not fit for purpose due to no stretcher bolts. Informed that it was too late to cancel as already dispatched. 6 days later bearings arrived and requested returns immediately .
Returned 22/08/2023.
Contacted 31/08/2023 to find out when I would get a refund, informed that it will take upto 14 days before refund.
Think this is ridiculous as company sent an alternative product which was not fit for purpose.
One un happy customer.

Prolonged response from customer service. Difficult to return items.
The website didn't show whether the items were for RHD or LHD. Be careful!

You go onto Rexbo.co.uk and it looks as if you are buying parts from a UK warehouse. I could have gone to Autodoc with my normal account but I needed the parts quickly and Autodoc usually take a couple of weeks. However, on paying I get a receipt from Autodoc and it appears Rexbo and Autodoc are the same and parts are coming from Germany. That needs to be made clearer on the website. So 5 days on and the parts are meant to have shipped and a confirmation sent - but nothing yet. I only ordered parts that were indicated as being in stock. So what's happening - why does it take 5 days to pick stock that is on the shelf. When will the order be despatched? I have the car sitting out of use waiting for these parts.

Finally parcel arrived today all ok

The worst company. It says delivery time 1-3 days and my spare parts arrived in 21 days. Miserable customer service. From China would come faster

They dont answer the emails..
They get the money but they dont send the items..

The worst client service I never seen! My order has been lost by the shipping company; after more than 3 monthes I'm still waiting to be reimbursed or to receive it again.
French speaker is never available, never call back, do not manage any follow up and has a poor French level. Other interlocutors are not more efficient... Send many emails; call them many time without any answer or follow up...
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!

Update 3 weeks later: client service is not answering to my emails anymore. The age thief !!!

I just received a call from the post office that my parcel has arrived.
Yet to go for it and see if everything is ok.
Customer relationship is a plus to them.
Equal quality with lower prices.
For now i will say am happy with their service.
Though still more room for improvement.
Rexbo can implement tracking of orders by the customer from their site.

I bought 17 items, 2 were not shipped and they took over 2 weeks and after well over 5 emails complaining about the lack of communication before they issued a credit note. I didn't want a credit note, I want my parts! I live in Australia and to get these 2 parts now will cost me way too much in shipping! Really poor customer service that can easily be rectified if they were to answer their emails and engage with their customers.

I ordered two gas springs for my Lancia A112 boot lid. These were ordered in two different orders to avoid having to pay taxes due to surpassing the max amount for duty free import. There were some issues with the shipping due to the gas in the springs and they could not be loaded on a plane, so it had to be put on a truck, which I said was fine, but I specifically told them to not combine the two orders as I would then have to pay tax. Still, they managed to combine the order and ship it as one package and I ended up having to pay taxes. Product was good and shipping was quite fast, but communication could definitely be better.

I looked for original oil and air filter plus brake pads for my Volvo V70N. Rexbo delivered with utmost precision and speed. 100% satisfied with service and parts which really are original :-) Sorry for sounding like a paid lobbyist for Rexbo - am not. What I am is a very returning customer to Rexbo.eu
