Mixed quality of products
Mixed quality of products. Some lovely, some awful. Picked some as gifts thinking an independent retailer would be nicer than Amazon but unfortunately very similar.

Poor delivery service
Im so disappointed that I'm still awaiting delivery via Parcel force. I thought you should know the difficulties I'm experiencing to get this delivered to my "safe place" after the first attempt I update the tracking info to request ot was delivered on a certain day and leave in garage. They have proceeded to deliver 2 more times, but not left in garage as requested. I have attempted to contact them on email, but there is no option to contact them directly or update a further request.
These items are gifts I was intending to give this weekend and now will have to buy something else.
Very disappointing service from your couriers and you should be aware of issues. Im not sure if this is a regular problem.
I will rate the products once they have arrived.
