I recently bought a Mini Roadster from Wayne. MOT, full service and even 2 new front tyres on when I collected it last week. A good experience too after dealing with main dealerships in the past. I had spoken to 4 different people about Reynolds and they all recommended Reynolds, which was good to hear in person.

As per usual excellent service, my car was in for its annual service and MOT. Thank you to technicians Neil and Glenn, first class, I will definitely recommend Reynolds.

I have recently bought a car from Reynolds and the whole experience has been excellent. Wayne really looked after us and his service was first class. As we were local he delivered the new car to me and nothing was to much trouble.

Fantastic service from a good well established family business. Very friendly and helpful in fact nothing is to much for them when it comes to trying to assist in anyway they can. The quality of the service received is by far the best we have had even when taken to a main dealer so needless to say that won't be happening again. Reynolds is now our go to garage, the technicians are highly trained and they service and repair all makes of vehicles and vans. Very highly recommended.

My car went in few weeks back for MOT plus Service. Literally got home from it having back washer fitted whilst I waited this morning. Done in no time at all.
Both experiences can’t fault at all.

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Reynolds, and can honestly say that their customer service is excellent. I don’t live local to Selby any more (we used to use Reynolds for servicing too), so I made a special trip. Wayne is very knowledgable and helpful, and made the whole process pleasant (even the parting with the cash!) He dealt with every aspect of the negotiations and test drive; there was none of the “let me see if the manager can come up with a deal”, and waiting around. Everything was simply presented with no trying to persuade the customer to buy all sorts of extras that are not really needed, that the main dealerships do. Reynolds include a 2-year warranty as standard. An honest price for my old car, too. Great job, guys! And thank you, especially to Wayne.

Booked my car in for MOT yesterday on Book Your Garage It's the first time I've used this garage and boy was I impressed The service was 5*+ A huge improvement on my last garage After the MOT the car was washed and driven round to reception for me I will definitely be back and will also recommend it to everyone

Reynolds have taken excellent care of my vehicular needs maintenance & repairwise, big & small since I moved to the area 14 years ago & I honestly can't fault Richard, Neil & the team.
Having had a few too many awkward, worrying & costly issues (in my book) with my previous car over the last year I decided it was time to update & upgrade so kept a keen eye on their stock for a few months until something caught my eye, in fact patience delivered 3 "possibles" & although I favoured 1 in particular Wayne obliged me with a test drive of all 3 to confirm my 1st choice was the correct one.
From start to finish the buying process was quite painless, even parting with a large sum of money ... "I'm just a poor truck driver" (it'll be my epitaph Wayne !!!)
In summary, I find the whole of Reynolds Of Selby to be knowledgeable, professional, honest, reliable, respectful, good natured & good humoured, topped with having some very talented mechanics working behind the scenes.

A really great experience from the start, as a busy mum finding a reliable car locally is such a bonus. The service received from the staff, especially Wayne, was excellent. They are knowledgeable and helpful whilst not being pushy like some car garages. The communication before and after the sale has been great and I would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love the new car I bought from Reynolds last week! The service from start to finish was excellent and I felt completely confident that if I bought a car from them, they would do everything to ensure I was happy with whatever car I bought, both at the time of buying and afterwards if I had any problems. I decided early on in my hunt for a new car that, even if they didn’t have the right car for me at that time, I would wait until they found one for me. Not come across another dealer who offers 2 years warranty and what amounts to a full service prior to a sale. Wayne was most helpful with information regarding the car we were interested in.

Bought my SUV from Reynolds a couple of months ago.

Wayne was fantastic in every way possible, very welcoming, no pressure to buy whatsoever, & made the whole buying experience simple & straightforward from start to finish.

Although the car has presented a couple of issues, (nothing major & no fault of theirs), the guys have been amazing & got them sorted out as soon as I have called. Nothing is too much trouble for them either, as i was provided with a courtesy car at short notice & my car was also returned freshly washed!

If you're looking for a company that sells good quality vehicles & cares about their customers before, during & after purchase, then I highly recommend these guys.
