First time I have dealt with this garage after losing complete trust with all dealers. Amazing smooth and slick service. I went in to look with a car in mind I had seen, but sadly wasn't what I needed. Instead of leaving dissapointed, time was spent with me to work out what I did need, and to my luck they had that car! Customer service is 5 star. They have restored my faith and will be my new place for mot and servicing too. I would highly recommend. Thank you Reynolds!

From start to finsh the whole process was just first class service. Having never purchased a car from a dealership before we wasn't sure what to expect, but we really were blown away but everything. We were made to feel comfortable from start to finsh no hassle or pushing you to buy we were left to test drive the car and come back and make our decision about purchasing without feeling pressured. If we needed anything or any questions answered they were straight there to answer them.
We ended up buying the car there and then which was a tuesday evening and the car was ready to be collected Saturday. Amazing garage Amazing customer service!

Such an incredibly highly professional and customer focused operation. My expectations have truly been surpassed. I cannot praise the customer care enough which was not only down to our advisor but also replicated throughout the entire company. From viewing the car, the reassurance, the financial elements through to the aftercare, absolutely amazing. I live approximately 40 miles away but will definitely be making that journey for our servicing and MOTs and anything we need. Reynolds of Selby are one of those rare garages which still hold to the old fashioned values of the customer is important, I have had several vehicles from Reynolds and always find them great to deal with, my recent purchase developed a few mechanical issues, they did not hesitate to take the car and resolve these and always kept me informed. Great service.

Bought 2 cars in April and Wayne couldn’t been of any more help. Cars thoroughly checked before pick up.
Was not a case of buying the car and that’s that. After sales are amazing too.

My 18 year old daughter bought a nice little first car from Reynolds . Having looked around several car dealerships we were very impressed with Reynolds. They were professional and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues with switches and Reynolds were excellent at getting it sorted out quickly , to our complete satisfaction- even collecting the car from our house to get the switches sorted. Very impressed

It has taken me a very long time to write this review, but i am finally here! Reason why i so strongly felt i needed to come and write it (even after almost a year) is to give praise to Reynolds of Selby, and to Wayne personally. My partner and i went to view my first car, little Suzuki Swift. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman Wayne who was extremely professional, very helpful and most accommodating in every aspect. My car was MOT-d, serviced swiftly and delivered to my door by friendly chaps. I felt really confident to purchase a car from him and if i ever get to the point where i will exchange my car, i will most definitely go back to the dealership and see what they have on offer. Wonderful service and 100% recommend them, Thank you for my first reliable car!

Just purchased a Fortd C Max from Reynolds, living is Somerset it was impossible to vierw the car before purchasing, having spoken to Wayne on the phone he gave me all the information i needed to make my decision on weather i would buy the car or not.
It was a no brainer considering all that went with the car like a 2 yr warranty a full service and new Mot plus a dsg gearbox service and a Ford sd card update for sat nav.
Richard then took over the sale as Wayne was away and after agreeing everything i travelled up to Worcester by train to meet half way and take deliver of the car, waht a car it is its condition is showroom and drives a dream.
Richard and Wayne were fantastic to deal with and process was so easy, so if you are looking to buy a car look at Reynolds you will not be dissapointed,

Excellent buying experience. Flagged a few missing accessories/items from my new xc60, but all have been replaced as promised. Superb communication with Wayne and Richard. In short - lovely car and great service provided.

Car found via auto trader, contacted Wayne at the showroom who got back to me quickly. I arranged a visit out of the normal working hours which he obliged. Very helpful with the viewing, sorted out a couple of issues with the car. Serviced, Mot’d and a 2 year warranty to boot on a 2013 car! Paperwork straight forward and was actually available before the previously arranged date. Pick up was straight forward with me walking out with the car in 40 minutes. Great communication, polite and helpful staff, servicing and warranty second to none. Had the car (MX-5) 3 weeks and cannot fault it. Or the service received by Reynolds of Shelby.

The mechanics did a great job of getting my ageing Yaris through its MOT endeavouring to repair parts rather than replacing with new to keep the cost down bearing in mind the nominal value of the car. Quite an unusual approach nowadays but greatly appreciated!
