I went to Rachel for my first ever Mortgage and have recently been to see her to arrange my 2nd mortgage. Both times Rachel has been incredily helpful and very clear when explaining the different options available. I would thoroughly reccommend Rachel as she is very helpful, friendly and kind.

We have had three mortgages arranged by Rachel, she takes the stress out of the whole process and would highly recommend her. On one occasion Rachel even walked to our house when I was unable to get into her office after breaking my leg. First class service and always available when you need advice.

Rachel worked on our original mortgage when buying our current property and she made it look (and feel) easy. Now it’s time to renew the exact same calm, straightforward process has happened again whilst all the while explaining our options to us. We have had to challenge our valuation as we have extended our property and even that has been simple for us as home owners. After applying for an additional amount to complete the extension ourselves I know the process isn’t as simple as Rachel makes it seem. I just wish we had realised that at the beginning and approached her before we started on the application ourselves. It was stressful when it needn’t have been.

We came to Rachel for support getting a mortgage following a recommendation from a close friend of ours , and i pleased to say Rachel fully lived up to that recommendation and then some . Rachel is warm friendly and approachable, as well as being professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the mortgage market. Rachel is a pleasure to deal with, she takes all the stress out of mortgages and explains everything in a way you can take it on board and understand which is so important when dealing with such a commitment. Rachel has honestly been the best mortgage adviser we could have asked for. As first time buyers, we weren’t sure about the application process or what we could afford, and Rachel helped us understand our different options (new build vs. existing house etc). When we found the perfect property, Rachel found us our ideal mortgage and talked us comprehensively through the process.
