They went above & beyond to meet our expectations. We had constant communications with our salesman., The building arrived in a timely manner. Everything was exact with our engineer. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Rhino Building personnel made the process of designing and ordering my dream arena easy and efficient.

Rhino produced a very good building. I am pleased with their service. We found that 3 pieces of iron were missing and they shipped them immediately upon discovery. It did not slow the construction of the building. The customer service was excellent. I will buy another building from them in the future.

I could not be more pleased with the quality and fit of the building and the ease of working with support staff at Rhino. Some missing trim was sent promptly without question or additional expense to me.
A few things that could be improved:
- with the 4" insulation that I ordered with the building the window kits were difficult to fit without tearing the insulation. These windows fasten to the steel panels without additional framing. An upgrade option to frame attached windows would solve this issue.
- also related to the unusually thick insulation, there was some very slight, almost imperceptible dimpling of the 26 gauge steel panels where they were screwed to the girts. Heavier gauge panels or thinner insulation would resolve, but honestly, the dimples are not a problem for me and I would order it the same way again.
- the vinyl backing on the insulation is thin and easily susceptible to tears. Without an inside liner, the walls are going to look shabby pretty quickly. Another mil or two on the backing would add to the quality.

Overall it's a great building with exceptional attention to detail in the design and fabrication. A great value for the money. I would buy another.

Rhino Steel Buildings engineered the perfect addition to our existing Rhino building. The addition went together with no complications and they provided exactly what we needed to get the job done.

The only problem we had was that the truck couldn't pull in to our driveway. It just wouldn't fit. We had to unload the truck on the street in front of our house and then bring it into our yard. The driver of the truck was so helpful it only took a couple of hours to unload the whole thing.

Would recommend Rhino Steel Buildings to Anyone. Sales staff is very knowledgeable, eager to help, and responsive. approval drawings received ahead of schedule, and delivery right on time. Building erection went great. No discrepancies on the erection plans, all parts fit together properly.

The Building materials are great.

The amount of hardware I was left with, quite excessive, a lot of money for extra hardware sitting in boxes that will hardly be used. Communications from sales guy could have been better, a few calls that I made, I felt guy was just put off by my questions / concerns. Contractor / installer did ok some panels on front of building buckled, panels inside not plumb with red iron... Overall experience OK... could have been better.

Never heard a peep out of anyone from the company after they got their check$$ I had to inquire about where the man door was, even thou they knew it was coming from another vender. Should paid a little more and bought from Whirlwind...
