I bought two beautiful bedspreads from Rhool, for our own bed and a guest bedroom both of which are Superking Size beds. I love the designs, they are exactly as they looked in the photos however the website did say their large bedspreads would fit a Superking bed but sadly it falls quite a long way short. Whilst it is long enough, it just isn't wide enough and even if you turn it around so the print faces sideways it is then wide enough but not long enough. It's a shame as I wanted to buy a few more but I will have to look elsewhere. Also I had to wash both bedspreads as they had a really pungent, horrid smell which is not what you expect on a new item. Disappointed but I have given a three as they are beautiful once washed and on a Queensized bed.

Speedy delivery, well-packaged. Clear customer information. I like the velvet cushions covers very much - great colours. The velvet seems thin but am hoping it'll hold up.

I purchased a velvet cushion with a feather pad for a total of £54 in December 2024. So it is just over a year old. It has gradually become misshapen over that time, and now will not sit up straight. When the feather pad is removed from the cover, it is obvious that the cover has been stitched incorrectly and will not sit flat, hence when the pad is inside the cushion won't sit properly, it sits noticably crooked. I took the cushion into the shop in Kingsbridge on Saturday to be told it was too long since I purchased it to offer an exchange or refund. So a cushion for £54 is not supposed to last longer than a year? Really? Beware of purchasing the velvet cushions. The owner has since emailed to explain that the cover has become misshapen as the covers are pre-washed to make them softer, and offered no excuse for the fact that this makes the cushion NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

My partner and I wanted to upgrade our bedding, we ordered a stunning quilt from Rhool and it arrived just a few days later. There were SO many beautiful options, it was really hard to choose!

Came with a lovely hand written note and a reminder of the care/wash instructions. Thank you!

Sold as a “mug”, most definitely an espresso cup. Way too small to be for a decent cup of tea/coffee. (measurements are provided, but without a circumference you can’t really tell how small they are).
Feel like I’ve been misled & mis sold.
Return postage, combined with original shipping cost adds up to more than the cup cost in the first place,& yes you are expected to pay for those yourself.
Very disappointed to be left with these useless “mugs”. Won’t buy from this company again.

I ordered a cushion from Rhool and was given a discount as a first time customer, the cushion arrived in a couple of days and the quality is amazing, looks just like the photo if not better. The hand written thank you was super sweet too. I will be shopping there again 😊

I was lucky to find here an otherwise hard to find item which was great in itself. The item was shipped in good time and they use a very reliable, tracked delivery service so you can order in confidence and the item was well packaged. The hand written note on the delivery slip was much appreciated and I would certainly buy from them again.

I’ve ordered on line from Rhool a few times. Everything arrives well packaged and on time. My last buy was their cotton Block Printed Quilt. I have them in a few different colour ways and they are all lovely to look at, beautifully made and practical too. It’s also great to be able to buy from an independent store.

Lovely gift for a friend, super fast delivery, the item was well packed. I will order again as there are some lovely things and a different choice of goods, ideal for a presents.

Ordered 2 and they arrived very well packaged and the vases are beautiful.
Also there was a little hand written note from them which was a lovely touch.
