No paperwork to deal with so very easy claim and car was returned in very good condition following repairs. Courtesy car was excellent with no mileage restrictions.
Easy to access .Everything i needed included or easy to add . Low volentary excess good value pricewise . No messing proving having to prove NCD they sorted it .

How to gain extra money
I renewed my contract as they came at a cheaper price, I made my first payment at the new price. 2 days later I suddenly am told there's an issue! My husband called and due to my son making an error on a comparison site when sorting his own insurance, they are now charging us £50 extra on OUR insurance!!! All my son did was put joiner instead of chargehand and it's now costing us more money, ridiculous and just another way to rob hardworking people on an error someone else made on a quote that was nothing to do with our insurance. Will not be using these again

Great Motor Insurance
The online application form for my Motor insurance was very easy to follow and simple, showing every aspect of the cover I required. The quote I received was £230 cheaper than my old Insurers, even though I had been with them for 14 years!

I decided to auto-renew, as I didn’t have time or headspace to consider other options. Price seems fine and I’m happy with coverage on the policy (although I’ve never claimed so don’t know how that process would be).
