Exceptional service as we are totally…

Exceptional service as we are totally new to caravanning. They listened to our questions, Scott eased any worries and fully explained the whole process and the difference in vans. When we made our choice, Scott walked us through the whole process again and made it easy. He was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions and made our purchase so much easier. We cannot thank him enough. Handover day again answered our million questions never made to feel like a silly question existed! Highly recommend

After a lot of research and many months…

After a lot of research and many months of plucking up the courage to call, I made a call to YDS about looking I to dental implants. From the initial call with their customer service team to the moment I walked out of the door with a new set of teeth, I can honestly say I have never been treated with such kindness patience and made to feel like a person who just needed help. I was a very nervous patient after years of substandard dental work and was embarrassed over the state of my teeth. I shied away from getting help until I met the Wakefield team. From Pedro who has the kindest spirit and seems to read peoples needs so well, to my absolute diamond of a surgeon and the artist of a technician who created my implants, I have never once been made to feel embarrassed or frightened of any step in my treatment. I was kept up to date with all aspects of treatment, listened to and looked after so well on the day of surgery. Even when there was a little hiccup in one member of the team not being available, solutions had been put in place before speaking to me. Then the aftercare team introduced themselves and again, amazing service. Polite, just happy to have been a part of my treatment and provide a friendly face for any needs I may have. Honestly I am over the moon with how I was treated, if you like me are trying to pluck up the courage to take that first step, give YDS a call. You won't look at anyone else! Cannot thank them enough for what they have given me in terms of confidence.

First time using delivery service

Recently ordered a dressing table stool which was a great price compared to others, I placed the order on Tuesday evening and it was at my front door Wednesday morning! Easy to shop and pay and so happy with my purchase! I love to shop at the range but for ease I will certainly use their delivery again!

Sadly I never recieved my order as…change couriers

Sadly I never recieved my order as Hermes managed to mess things up! Ava Mays customer service where fantastic and did refund my money after trying to chase the couriers up, but I don’t think I will re-order if using the same couriers :/ if they change then will order again immediately!

Visited for the first time yesterday…

Visited for the first time yesterday after the lockdown in Doncaster Frenchgate and the service was fantastic! Two very friendly and helpful ladies who recommended a couple of different fragrances for both male and female, I didn’t feel pushed at any point to buy their recommendation or even to buy the gift packs which I found a pleasant change from other stores! Will certainly use them again and look forward to another pleasant visit

Excellent service with great customer care and communication. The medical was prompt and the Dr was calming, efficient and explained all aspects of it clearly, he even provided advice on the filling in of my forms for afterwards! Would highly recommend anyone requiring a thorough medical to use D4Drivers!

Excellent service from a first time…

Excellent service from a first time customer who has never owned a private plate before! Very easy to use website that also explained all the finer details in an easy format, no hidden costs as all shown in detail. The plates arrived only days later and have used their service for change of plates with the DVLA, making it all stress and hassle free! Have already recommended their site to a number of friends!

A store that prides itself on ethics?

A store that prides itself on ethics?? An absolute joke! They started an ill thought out campaign that degrades an entire police force. A police force that will run to any situation without a thought for themselves! A police force that is being slowly ground into the dirt by people like you!! These people leaves family, friends an colleagues on a daily basis wondering if they will return home. But yet they do it to keep people like you safe! Who would you turn to when a store is robbed or a staff member has a difficult customer?? Are you going to apologise for this campaign that looks like all police are lying? Never will I set foot in your store and will ensure all my family an friends do the same! Because obviously money speaks louder then actually doing the right thing! And even better you cant report my account as hacked this time :)

Wow!

Wow!! Have been with the same company for over 4 years (lazy I know!!) And seen my bills nearly triple in size!! Decided to have a scout around and found Uswitch. After adding a few details and my current usage, Bulb appeared! Having never heard of them I did a bit of research and found them to be a very highly regarded company, plus the yearly savings for us of just under £400 a year was a massive clincher!!! Just switched and so easy to do :) Heres hoping the rest of my time with Bulb is as easy as switching and hope the savings carry on!! Another added bonus is the 100% renewable energy sources!
