From the moment I went to the Richmond Motor Group in Guildford they were nothing but professional.

I couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing was to much trouble.

For me the biggest plus point was the main person I dealt with Marius Mockus. He was able to answer all my questions show me a number of ways for financing to car to best suit my budgets. He didn’t once try and push a sale on me but just wanted me to be aware of all the different options I had.

Except for the fact that I love the car he was a big part of my decision to buy .

I 100% recommend Richmond Motor Group and Marius to anyone looking to buy a new or approved second hand car.

Marius Mockus was our salesman and did a fantastic job of taking us through all of the vehicles that matched our search criteria. He was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable, and importantly, he let us take our time to come to a decision. There was no sales pressure and the whole experience of buying the car was excellent. The car itself has been great, zero issues so far.

Marius was very helpful during our conversations with him where we were deciding whether to switch our car for a new one. Went to look at an MG car today not a new one but second hand and was met by such a lovely lady called Kelly . She did so much and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the cars that I ended up buying a brand new car from her . She made everything so simple and gave us a great deal on our trade in .
