Kelly was very good.
Kelly was very good but the overall experience could have been better. Failures with the email system resulted in essential information (eg new car reg number etc) not getting to me. Kelly picked me up from the station to take me to the dealership which was brilliant. However, the car wasn't ready due to a backlog in valetting. This delayed my get away.

Great service from James
I have ordered an MG HS Phev having been looked after by James. He was very patient with my endless questions and need for a few test drives to make my mind up. He didn’t apply any pressure or try any ‘sales tactics’, which I would have disliked. He gave me some good advice and I found him very straightforward to deal with. He also worked hard to get me the best deal on the car. This is the second car I have bought from the Richmond Motor Group and both have been good experiences.
