One of the worst experiences in my life.
I been waiting for this car for almost a months because every time an excuse like something was missing or broke or did went thru the besiktning. And last but not list, something inside the engine broke and that if i want the car they are going to fix for 9000 kr? ( i thought "that not my problem") so that was the drop that make me say "no I don't want this car and u can't sell a car in the condition at 153'000 kr. Worst experiences in MY LIFE. and I want just to be done with this company.
I really not reccomend.

LYING and empty promises
Be very carefull their blocket advertising is lies about the location amd this particular car Says Göteborg when is located 4.5 houers away????
however they kickly contact me with promises to bring it to Göteborg calling me and now seller is no rush want to call me back the next day 11 no calls.
Finally sms and hot back am busy 3.5 hours later Oksar Green calls and now all of sudden tjey dont tale cars that has been tuned despite I sent them all information first clearly never read anything but my phone nr totally ignoring and wasting my time 2.5 days

Car with issues and useless warranty
I purchased two cars from them and they both had issues. Both were hybrid cars and one of them which is a BMW 225xe which I took with extended warranty by paying extra. I was told that the car has a 40km range on battery before selling, but after I got the car it showed 16km, yet I was assured that maybe after some running it will improve, but nothing happened it still runs at a maximum of 18km per charge now which is drains quickly if heater or AC is on("Which is necessary here").But I started living with it lowering my expectations but it ran into major problem where I got the warning message on the car that If I stop the car, it wont start again, which was a scary message to get especially when you are far away with your kids and family in a cold night. Anyways I managed to keep the engine running and took it to BMW workshop where they found that car has a faulty battery cell which could only be unearthed after they ran the tests on the car for two days. They reached out to Riddermarkbil for the warranty, but they refused stating the problem was not there before selling and they dont cover battery under warranty("Imagine a hybrid car whose soul is the battery, and it is not covered under warranty"), even despite sharing the proof of discussions soon after the car was sold. Now I am stuck in this dreadful situation where I need to pay an fortune to get the car fixed. I have not clue for what do they have the warranty at all.

After given good feedback on the same day of my purchase the very next day the car stat having engine problems every where and after a scan just realised the mileage has been modified and car have major engine problem spoken to Miranda many times no answer just ignoring my txt

I went to their website once in April/May 2024 to check the price of my car out of curiosity. Soon after my visit, a car seller started to contact me via sms and telephone. I didn't answer any sms nor telephone calls at first. But when I saw that he is not stopping I answered a message and informed him that I don't have any intention to sell my car. He apologised and he claimed that he will stop contacting me. However, about a week after this, another seller started to contact me. Till now (i.e. October 2024) I receive messages from them. Even, I needed to block their numbers so that they cannot call me.
