I spent quite some time picking a special gift from the Riddle's Jewelry collection online. Turns out, there was a problem with the order after I placed it, and a Riddle's representative got in touch and stayed in touch immediately to solve the issue and expedite shipment. I love the item I bought, and really appreciated the customer engagement. A quality online store.

My now husband and I went in their about a year ago and the staff was so friendly and patient with us when we were picking out my engagement ring. She even let me try on the big ones we couldn't afford. They also contineau to be very helpful when I go in there with questions about my ring and to have it cleaned!

Wedding bands
We like the design and quality of our rings. Black Hills gold is unique in Arizona.
We had to wait for delivery of our rings. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman. He said they were waiting for the ladies ring. However, he made up for the wait by sending them to us 2 day delivery.

Very friendly easy to work with understanding people.
I ordered my merchandise online and the whole process was quick and easy. Had a question about shipping and the Internet Sales manager was very kind and I called and got to talk to him personally. I was able to go into the store after recieving my merchandise and purchase a protection plan with no issues. Will definitely be shopping here again and will recommend others. Their customer service is amazing.

Love my custom ring!
I love my custom ring. It did take a lot longer than originally quoted and was told it would be done soon and then wouldn't hear anything back. However, my ring was well worth the wait. I love it!
