My riddles review
I was a little unhappy with the timeliness of my order. I paid for expedited shipping so that i can get my item as a gift formy daughters birthday, but because of the update with Riddles system i got it well after her birthday. However Riddles did compensated me with two free gifts and a discount off my next purchase.
Great
Company is great! Great products! Earrings where a little bigger then I was looking for. Great quality though.
Horrible jewerly...customer service was ok
I bought jewerly from this place prior to knowing they could fix my ring. Replaced stone smaller with smaller than what was there, did give me a 35% buy back and charged me for my stone to be replaced, even though I sent the ring set in I bought from them. I Had to send my ring back for stone replacement 5 times AND the last time I sent it back, it took 6 weeks! 3 days after i got it back the last time, 2 stones fell out...again.
