I needed help with my refund and the tax specialist i had which was James Pepper was perfect and when i didn’t know what i was doing he talked me through it and made it easy to digest, i would highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back, i’ll be asking for james again.

At the time you registered to use our services, we were experiencing our busiest period of the year, and customers were advised that the estimated timescale for allocation to a tax specialist was up to 10 weeks. I can see that once your claim was assigned to a tax specialist, it was calculated within 7 days. To help maximise any future claims, I would recommend keeping all receipts where possible or paying by bank card, as bank statements can often be used as evidence to support claims for eligible expenses. First time around had no issues
Then had to deal with a different so called expert , providing my bank statements was a huge mistake as they totalled my income by over 10k which wasnt income , safe to say I won't be using Rift again !!
